BABY-SWITCH
One parent stays with the children, while the other one rides an attraction – then the second parent enters the ride without waiting. Please contact our staff directly after riding the attraction.

Baby Care Rooms
At the main entrance, near the Information Office by the lake, in the Children’s World, the Spanish themed area, in the Grimm's Enchanted Forest and in the Italian themed area. 

Baby Buggy-Rental
Buggies can be rented at the main entrance or at the entrance of the hotel "El Andaluz" for a small fee. Limited number of buggies available.  

Cash machines
Cash terminals are located at the main entrance, near the Information Office by the lake, in the entrance area of the Spanish Arena an in the hotels "Bell Rock", "Colosseo" and "Santa Isabel". Inside the park you can pay with credit cards in many places.

Children
Lost children are accompanied by our staff to the Information Office by the lake or to the main entrance.
Stickers to inscribe name and phone number are available in all Information Offices free of charge. 

3D Cinema
Every evening recent movies are played in th "Magic Cinema 4D". Tickets are available at the information office next to the main entrance or at the resort hotels. Selected movies presented in 3D. (Please note: movies are in German)

Dogs
Dogs are allowed at Europa-Park, however they must be on a leash at all times.
A dog set is available at the main entrance for 1,- Euro.  

Film & Photo
Photo Shops are located in the German Alley, in Italy, in Holland, in Spain and next to the Information Office by the lake. 

First Aid
The First-Aid Station is located right behind the roller coaster Euro-Mir in Russia. There, you can find trained first-aid staff during the opening hours of Europa-Park. In addition, first-aid attendants are walking through the park in regular intervals. In an emergency, please contact one of our staff members.  

Information for People with Disabilities
For information about reduced prices, please see the information board at the main entrance. Wheelchairs are offered at the main entrance free of charge. Wheelchair-accessible toilets are located in most areas of the park and marked with this sign on the map. At the end of the German Alley a telephone with important information for handicapped persons can be found.

From midday on, ask our staff how long the park will be staying open on that day.

Picnic Area

Allow yorself a littel rest and enjoy a snack in one of our declared and idyllic picnic area inthe park.

Restaurants
You can choose from 50 different restaurants, fast food places, bars and ice cream parlours with 9.000 seats altogether (3.000 of them open air).

Safety
At the entrance of each attraction, you will find a sign, describing safety regulations and restrictions. Some attractions can only be entered by children with a certain minimum age and body height. A maximum body height may also be possible for certain attractions (e. g. 11, 140 = from 11 years and a body height of 140 cm). These safety regulations are provided by the TÜV (Safety Standards Authority) and have to be followed strictly.  

Shows und Special Performances
Flyers with the daily show-times are available in all Information Offices and at the main entrance free of charge.
TIP: Plan a visit to the spectacular shows in advance and enter 10-15 min. before the show starts. The doors are being closed when the show begins.  

Shopping
The park offers a multitude of choices for shopping for gifts and souvenirs. Please take note of the local advice in each of the individual areas of the park. All purchases which are made before 3 pm will be taken to the main entrance or to your Resort Hotel free of charge.

Smoking
Out of respect for non-smoking persons, we kindly ask you not to smoke in the waiting areas of the attractions.

Telephones
Public phones can be found in various facilities and restaurants and in most areas of the park. The 4 German mobile/cellnet providers (T-Mobile, vodaphone, E-Plus and O2) can also be used. Phonecards – also for mobile phones – are available in all Information Offices and in many shops.
