We are looking forward to your visit to the Europa-Park Resort. To make sure you are well prepared for your stay, we have summarised the current requirements and latest information for you.
You will only need a valid, date specific entry ticket booked online in advance or, for overnight guests, a valid reservation confirmation for your visit to the Europa-Park Resort. The proof of authentication (vaccinated / recovered / tested) as well as the mask requirements are no longer in place for almost all areas of the Europa-Park Resort. Only during the use of the shuttle bus (between Rulantica, YULLBE and the Europa-Park hotels) and the stay in the Europa-Park first-aid station, the mask requirement (medical mask or FFP2 mask) remains.

In order to visit the Europa-Park Resort, you now only need a valid date specific entry ticket, or a reservation confirmation for overnight stays in the hotels.
We kindly ask you to purchase your ticket in advance online in the Mack International ticket shop. Best price tickets in combination with an overnight stay can conveniently be booked via the online reservation.
Please note: Subject to availability, Europa-Park tickets are available on site at a surcharge of €6, and Rulantica tickets at a surcharge of €4 at the ticket office.
If you have exchanged your ticket, please bring the confirmation with you.
A proof of authorisation (vaccinated / recovered / tested) is no longer necessary. The mask requirement stays in place while using the shuttle bus (between Rulantica, YULLBE and the Europa-Park hotels) and if you have to visit the First Aid station. Wearing a mask is not mandatory in any other area.
The following groups do not need a date-specific ticket prior to their visit of Europa-Park or Rulantica respectively, but will receive their ticket on site instead.

The mask requirements only currently applies in three situations:
In these situations, people aged 7+ must wear a face mask according to the State of Baden-Württemberg.
Medical or FFP2 masks may be worn. Please note, that wearing scarfs or fabric masks is not allowed. Instead of a FFP-2 mask, the following masks are also allowed: FFP-3, KN95, N95, KF94, KF95
We currently offer 1 test centre on the Europa-Park premises, which is operated by CoviMedical GmbH ('15minutentest.de').
Walk by Hotel-Resort
Location: On the hotel 'El Andaluz' carpark
Opening times: 3pm until 8pm
Antigen and PCR tests available, PCR Next Morning and Next Day available until 11am, PCR Rapid during regular opening hours.
If you would like to convert an antigen test to a PCR test, please write an email to support [at] covimedical.de or support [at] ticket.io. You will then receive a voucher code, which will be credited when booking the PCR.
If you are tested positive for SARS-CoV-2, you will and your anyone in your party have to leave the premises immediately and contact your local health authorities.

Your already purchased, date-specific tickets from closing periods during the Corona pandemic, as well as undated tickets continue to be valid and must be exchanged prior to your visit via the online ticket shop.
The following tickets can be exchanged by yourself to a (new) visiting date at europapark.de/exchange
In case of another, government ordered closure, your purchased tickets will remain valid and can be exchanged for a different day via our ticket shop, free of charge. In special circumstances, please contact our guest service.

You can request to change tickets which have been bought after 20.05.2021, if you have been in contact with a person infected with SARS-CoV-2 in the 14 days before your visit or show symptoms of a respiratory illness or have a high temperature.

Europa-Park themed hotels
We are open daily from 9am until at least 6pm. With over 100 attractions, there is something for everyone! Go on an exotic journey through the Indonesian jungle with the Pirates of Batavia, experience extraordinary flights on the Silver Star or refresh yourself on one of our numerous water attractions.

The free Hotel Shuttle Resort operates on a ring route between the Europa-Park hotels, Rulantica, the Europa-Park entrance for hotel guests and YULLBE. Wearing a FFP-2 mask or medical face mask is mandatory according to the government Corona regulations for adults and children aged 6+.
In order to be able to adhere to the limitation of the number of visitors, we have decided to offer day specific tickets instead of the seasonally valid admission tickets. When booking an overnight stay at the hotel or camp resort, admission tickets must be reserved at the same time. The visiting days are freely selectable during your stay. You do not have to choose the day in advance.

The sauna areas and the heated outdoor and indoor pools of the Europa-Park themed hotels are open. The wellness & spa areas are also open for treatments.
The fitness club 'Boston Red Sox', the fitness area 'Krønasår' and the Europa-Park Talent Academy are open.

In order to have stay with as little contact as possible we recommend the Europa-Park Hotel app. You can there use the contactless pre-check-in and check-out feature.
If you provided your email address while booking, you will receive an email with the latest information about your stay before your arrival. Please provide your email address (for example, if you have booked your room through a travel agency, or if the hotel or Camp Resort have no direct contact details for other reasons). Please send your email address along with your booking number, the arrival date and your name to Registration.Booking [at] europapark.de.
Events that have already been cancelled have been marked as such in the event calendar. If you have bought a ticket for an event that has since been cancelled, we will contact you via email automatically. This applies to all events of Europa-Park and the Europa-Park hotels.
