    'Europa-Park Children's House Little Heroes'

As a central charity project to mark Europa-Park's 50th birthday, a new building and guest house complex at the Silver Lake City will be home to a special children's house for ‘Little Heroes’.

'Europa-Park Children's House Little Heroes'

In summer 2026, a new place of joy will open at the Europa-Park Resort.

As a central charity project, initiated on the 50th anniversary of Europa-Park, a children's home for ‘little heroes’ is being built in Silver Lake City. With this children's home, the Mack family wants to create a place where families can regain strength and lightness and a sense of normality after their child has suffered from serious cancer. The children's home is being realised with the support of the 'RTL – Wir helfen Kindern' foundation, the German Children's Cancer Foundation in Bonn and the non-profit association Stelzenmännchen in Karlsruhe, as well as many generous donors.

Together with their parents and siblings, the ‘little heroes’ can enjoy a week at Europa-Park, the Rulantica water world and many other attractions, leaving the stressful everyday life of the clinic behind them. The children's house can accommodate up to five families at a time.

Support the 'Europa-Park Little Heroes Children's House' with your donation!

Let us create this special retreat for the brave little heroes of our society together.

Find new paths together

The families of retired Europa-Park employees are supported on a voluntary basis. A close partner is the German Children's Cancer Foundation in Bonn, which is responsible for the professional selection of families.

For Europa-Park owner Roland Mack, this is a project very close to his heart:

"For our 50th anniversary, we decided to create a permanent facility for families facing serious challenges, in addition to the many large-scale social initiatives we have. The target group are children with cancer who are slowly returning to normal life after their serious illness. A week-long stay with their families at Europa-Park and the Rulantica water world is intended to restore their zest for life and help them return to normality. Family cohesion is particularly important after the severe stress of cancer. Not only the sick child itself, but also its siblings and parents have been through a great deal. Our goal: to further support healing through the joy of life."
