Due to the strict guidelines provided by the government, such as the significant limitation of the number of visitors, we unfortunately cannot offer Clubcard holders the usual unlimited entry until further notice and have to postpone this advantage until Europa-Park can operate as normal, and without visitor limitations.
As Clubcard member with a valid Clubcard, you have two options:
During the transition period, holders of a valid Clubcard have the opportunity to book a free ticket for Europa-Park in the ticket shop 3 x per calendar month - subject on availability. If these free tickets could not be redeemed due to the official closing period, they expire and cannot be exchanged again.
As soon as Europa-Park resumes regular operation (i.e. without visitor restrictions), the Clubcard will be automatically extended by the number of closing days and, if applicable, days of the transitional phase - depending on the individual, regular expiry date. Official closing days are not included in the calculation, so that you can use all the days of the summer season 2020 and the winter season 2020/2021 that you have missed.
In case you don't want to make use of option 1, we are offering you the alternative to refund the amount of the remaining running time of your Clubcard. You can find further information about this under the section 'Refund'.
A ‘valid Clubcard’ is a card with the regular expiry date being after the day of the visit: Closing days and the number of days of the visitor-limited period do not affect the regular expiry date.
Clubcards that expired during the closing period or expire during the transitional phase will - depending on the regular expiry date - automatically be extended by the number of closing days or days of the transitional phase until the end of their validity, as soon as regular operation of Europa-Park (i.e. without visitor restrictions) has resumed. Possible official closing days are excluded from the calculation so that you can make full use of the cancelled visiting days.
An extension or new purchase of a Clubcardis currentlt not possible. If your Clubcard is no longer valid, you can purchase date-specific tickets in our ticket shop.
When will new Clubcards be issued again, or when can I extend my existing Clubcard?
Be assured that we want to offer you the well known service as soon as possible. We are currently investigating several options that will allow us to offer new Clubcards as well as extend existing ones. Please bear with us while we work on this.
If you would like a refund, please fill out this form, and send it to us.
You have the following options for this:
club [at] europapark.de
|Fax||+49 7822 771 4205|
Europa-Park GmbH & Co. Mack KG
Please note the following information:
The remaining value will be credited to the bank account provided. Please note that your Clubcard will be blocked in the event of a refund and renewal is no longer possible. If you would like to benefit from the Clubcard advantages again after the visitor-limited period, we will be happy to issue you a new Clubcard on site at Europa-Park and look forward to welcoming you back to the Europa-Park Club!
The blocked Clubcard can still be used as a voucher card at Europa-Park - your credit balance, if any, is retained and can be used as usual.
Our teams are on-hand to get back to you as soon as possible. Due to a higher volume of inquiries, the process may take longer than usual. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
A refund is only possible of you haven't taken advantage of option 1 (extension): option 1 offers the possibility to visit the park for free 3 times per calendar month during the opening with limited capacity (subject to availability) and the automatic extension of the Clubcard for the regular opening of Europa-Park. Therefore, option 2 (refund) can only be chosen if you haven't yet used your Clubcard during the limited opening period.
You can calculate the remaining balance of your Clubcard as follows:
Your Clubcard price (including Parking-pass, if applicable) / number of the days in the year x number of the remaining days, including 17.03.2020 (date of the government regulation regarding closure)
No, this is currently not possible.
Clubcard members who have booked an overnight stay in one of our themed hotels, or the Camp Resort, will be able to access Europa-Park free of charge with their valid Clubcard, during their planned stay. Please notify us when checking in that you would like to visit Europa-Park during your stay with your Clubcard.
The Europa-Park Camping is excluded from this regulation, and it is required to purchase day-specific tickets in the ticket shop to visit Europa-Park.
Free tickets redeemed for the days of the official closing time will expire and cannot be exchanged or taken into account for a hotel booking.
The parking pass cannot be used during the limited opening period.
The extension of the parking pass is based on your Clubcard.
Can I continue to visit the partner parks, with my valid Clubcard?
Unfortunately, a visit to our partner theme parks with your Clubcard, as well as a visit to Europa-Park from annual pass holders from other partner theme parks, is currently not possible until further notice.
What are the offers, such as discounts, in the restaurants, etc. for Clubcard members?
Offers for Clubcard members will be activated as soon as Europa-Park begins to operate as normal.
If you have any questions regarding your Clubcard, please don't hesitate to contact us. Please fill in the Club form to do so. We will get in touch as soon as possible.
