General questions

I lost my printed ResortPass, what do I do?
If you would like to have a new printed ResortPass issued, this can be done during Europa-Park's opening hours for €5 at the ‘Information office at the Tower’ in the French themed area.
I believe someone has received my ResortPass code and may be misusing it.
If you suspect someone has access to your ResortPass, please contact us by email at info [at] resort-pass.de so that we can block the ResortPass. Please note that if we block your pass, the digitally stored passes, such as in your smartphone wallet, will lose their validity. If you would like to have a new printed ResortPass issued, this can be done during Europa-Park's opening hours for €5 at the ‘Information office at the Tower’ in the French themed area.

Purchase process and ResortPass portal

Can I convert/exchange my Clubcard into a ResortPass or have it credited?
No, your ResortPass Silver or ResortPass Gold must be obtained as a new purchase. Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange your previous Clubcard for our new ResortPass.
Can I buy passes for my whole family with one MackOne account or do I need a separate MackOne account for each ResortPass?
You can, subject to availability, buy up to 20 ResortPass annual passes per MackOne account.
Can I buy a ResortPass at any time (mid-season)?
The number of ResortPass annual passes available each year is limited. It is however planned for there to be a certain allocation of ResortPass annual passes on sale throughout the year, so that visitors who decide to purchase a ResortPass at a later date will also have the opportunity to do so.
Can I upgrade from ResortPass Silver to ResortPass Gold after purchase?
If you have purchased a ResortPass Silver, an upgrade to the ResortPass Gold is currently not possible in the current year of validity.
Can I give the ResortPass as a gift?
Due to the elements of personalisation (incl. photo), the ResortPass cannot be given as a gift. Please note that the stored personal data at the time of purchase cannot be changed afterwards. A later transfer to other people or other MackOne accounts is also not possible.
I still have vouchers for annual passes from 2020. How can I redeem them?
For the crediting of any still-open Clubcard vouchers, please get in contact with the information office at the main entrance.
Can I add EMOTIONS credit to my ResortPass and pay with it?
It is not intended to use the ResortPass as a means of payment on site. Existing EMOTIONS cards can be used independently of the new ResortPass.
Where can I find the listed days on which I can visit Europa-Park with my ResortPass Silver? Where can I find the list of the excluded days?
You can find the listed days on which you can visit Europa-Park with your ResortPass Silver, as well as the excluded days, on the detail page for the ResortPass Silver and in the ResortPass portal.
How many ResortPass Silver and ResortPass Gold will be available?
We have chosen a generous number of ResortPass annual passes to be available.

Can I book a ResortPass together with my hotel room? Or can I amend an existing booking?
The ResortPass must be bought separately from the hotel booking. The ResortPass annaual passes will be available in the Mack International ticket shop. The hotel stay must be booked via the hotel reservation.
If you have already booked a stay incl. Europa-Park tickets but don't need your tickets anymore because you have an active ResortPass, we will be happy to cancel your tickets prior to the visiting date. Please call us at:

There is a limited availability for the ResortPass. If the annual passes for the children are bought in May, but the ones for the parents are bought in July, how can I be sure that everyone will get a ResortPass?
Generally, it is best to purchase all ResortPass annual passes at the same time. If you have to buy them separately due to existing Clubcards and no ResortPasses are available at that point, please contact our customer service.
Can I freely choose the start date or does the validity period of the ResortPass start immediately?
The ResortPass is valid for one year. You can choose the validity period yourself. You can enter the starting date for your ResortPass in the Mack International ticket shop when you purchase it. The date must be within 14 days of the purchase of your ResortPass. Tip for last minute visits: Entre today's date when purchasing a ResortPass, reserve your visit in the ResortPass Portal and begin your adventure immediately.

What information do I have to provide when purchasing?
During the purchase process, the ResortPass must be personalised with your name, photo, date of birth and current address for verification purposes.

Please choose a current photo of yourself and note the following information. Your photo will remain valid for one year before it can be updated again. Your photo will be used for verification at the entry check. Improper or inappropriate photos may prevent admission on site.

Tips for a perfect photo

  • No group photos - you alone are the focus
  • Sharp and front facing, with your face clearly visible. No full body shots please.
  • The file is at least 300 x 300 pixels in size
  • The file has a maximum size of 5 MB
  • Valid file formats are: .jpeg, .jpg or .png
Do I have to buy my card again after one year or will it be extended?
You are welcome to extend your ResortPass shortly before the current term expires. This extension function is available in the ResortPass portal of the Mack International ticket shop.
How can I identify my disability?
Please have your identification document ready when you visit Europa-Park. If you choose the special tariff, please also bring your disability pass with you.
Can I change the start date of my ResortPass afterwards?
It is not possible to change the start date of the ResortPass after your order has been completed. We recommend that you align the start date of your ResortPass with the date that you plan to visit Europa-Park for the first time with your new annual pass.

Can I really no longer buy the ResortPass if it is marked as sold out in the ticket shop?
The ResortPass is a limited offer and may temporarily sell out.
We intend to put a certain amount of ResortPass annual passes on sale throughout the year, so that visitors who decide to purchase a ResortPass at a later date will also have the opportunity to do so.

Can the ResortPass also be purchased during the Europa-Park low season?
The ResortPass can also be purchased during the Europa-Park low season, provided that annual passes are still available at that time. Please note, that the validity period of the ResortPass must begin within 14 days of purchase, also during the low season.
I received an error message during the purchase process. What can I do?
If you received an error message during the purchase, please contact us by email at info [at] resort-pass.de. In order to process your inquiry quickly, a description of the error and some screen shots will be helpful.
Are there any deadlines that must be met when renewig the ResortPass?
There are no deadlines that must be met when renewing the ResortPass.
What do I do if my personal information changes?
If your personal data (i.e. surname or address) change, please contact us by email at info [at] resort-pass.de.
I haven't received a confirmation email. What should I do?
If you haven't received a confirmation email after your order, please contact us by email at info [at] resort-pass.de.
Can I use my EMOTIONS Card as a payment method? Can I give an EMOTIONS Card as a present, that can then be used to purchase a ResortPass?
The ResortPass is a digital product and can be purchased online in the Mack International ticket shop. Using an EMOTIONS gift card is not possible in this instance. Alternatively, you will be able to purchase a provisional ResortPass on site, at the information office at the main entrance and at all information offices throughout Europa-Park, on all ticket offices at the main entrance, at the hotel receptions and in Rulantica, which can be paid for with an EMOTIONS Card. The provisional ResortPass can be used as an entry ticket to Europa-Park on the day of purchase. After the visit, the provisional ResortPass must be connected with your free MackOne account via the Mack International ticket shop. Only once the provisional ResortPass has been connected with your MackOne account will you be able to use all the benefits of your ResortPass, such as free Europa-Park visits (after prior online reservation), as well as free access to plenty of VEEJOY premium content, and much more.
I can't make reservations on the ResortPass portal after purchase. Why not?
Reservations can only be made from the start date of the ResortPass. The start date is based on the start date of the annual pass selected when purchasing. No reservations can be made in the ResortPass portal before that.
Tip: You can also make your reservation yourself on the day you want to visit. So if you would like to visit Europa-Park on the first day your ResortPass is valid, book shortly before you arrive.
I want to manage/use a purchased ResortPass with another MackOne account. How do I do that?
Transferring a ResortPass from one MackOne account to another is possible in certain justified and exceptional cases.
For each ResortPass that is to be transferred to another MackOne account, we will need the following information:
  • ResortPass ID
  • Name of the ResortPass holder
  • Current linked MackOne account (email address)
  • Future linked MackOne Account (email address)

Please note that the transfer request must be made from the email address of the currently linked MackOne Account.
In addition, the new MackOne Account to which the ResortPass is being transferred must already be fully created and activated under the email address provided. Otherwise, a transfer is unfortunately not possible.
It may take some time to process your request. We therefore ask for your patience.

Details of the contract

Do I have to reserve each of my Europa-Park visiting days?
Every visit to the Europa-Park Resort must be reserved online in advance. As a day guest, the dated reservation can be made via the ResortPass portal resort-pass.de in the Mack International ticket shop - you can reserve up to 5 visit dates at the same time. The number of simultaneously bookable visiting dates are the same for ResortPass Silver and Gold holders.
Why do I have to reserve my visiting dates? I have an annual pass.
We want to ensure that we can offer all our guests the best possible experience, regardless of the number of visitors on any day. It is therefore necessary that you as an annual pass owner also reserve your visiting dates in advance.
Do I have the option to visit partner theme parks for free with both versions of the ResortPass?
Our partner theme parks will grant you free entry once during the term of your ResortPass when you present your ResortPass Silver or ResortPass Gold. Please note that the Plopsa Parks Plopsaland De Panne (Belgium), Plopsa Coo (Belgium), Plopsa Indoor Hasselt (Belgium), Plopsa Station Antwerpen (Belgium), Plopsaqua Hannut-Landen (Belgium) and Plospa Indoor Coevorden (the Netherlands) will each grant you a one-time 40% discount on the regular admission price upon presentation of your ResortPass. (subject to change)
Do all services expire when my ResortPass expires?
All benefits can only be used during the active validity period of your ResortPass Silver or ResortPass Gold. Even if you, as a ResortPass Gold owner, have not used all Rulantica tickets, they can no longer be redeemed once the validity has expired.
Can I give my Rulantica tickets to someone else?
The included day tickets for the Rulantica water world are - just like the ResortPass itself - non-transferrable. All benefits and services included in the ResortPass can only be used by you as the ResortPass holder.
What are the restrictions on using my Rulantica tickets?
You can flexibly use your Rulantica day tickets during the term of your ResortPass. Depending on availability, you can freely choose the days you visit Rulantica. Please note, however, that you can only use your tickets if there is still availability for your desired date in the Mack International ticket shop. Prior reservation of the visiting date is required for both day and overnight guests. This can be done up to 90 days before the visiting date conveniently via the ResortPass portal in the Mack International ticket shop.

Which partner parks can I visit for free or at a reduced price with my ResortPass?
You can visit the following parks for free once during the validity period of your ResortPass:

  • Efteling (Netherlands)
  • Blackpool Pleasure Beach (England)
  • Liseberg (Sweden)
  • Port Aventura (Spain)
  • Isla Magica (Spain)

In addition, the Plopsa Parks Plopsaland De Panne (Belgium), Plopsa Coo (Belgium), Plopsa Indoor Hasselt (Belgium), Plopsa Station Antwerpen (Belgium), Plopsaqua Hannut-Landen (Belgium) and Plospa Indoor Coevorden (the Netherlands) will each grant you a one-time 40% discount on the regular admission price upon presentation of your ResortPass.

Will there be differences which partner parks I can visit with the ResortPass Silver and ResortPass Gold?
No, you can visit all our partner parks for free or at a reduced admission price once during the validity period of your ResortPass Silver and Gold.
As a ResortPass Gold owner, can I also book additional offers for Rulantica using the ResortPass portal?
The booking of additional offers such as Komfort Sofas, Beach Island, Snorri Snorkling VR etc. is not possible via the ResortPass portal. You are welcome to book these on-site if available.
I accidentally reserved a wrong date. Can I cancel or change it?
Free reservations can be cancelled any time in the Mack International ticket shop, under 'Reservations/Cancellations'. Once you have cancelled the date, you can reserve the correct date. Please note, that tickets can only be cancelled online. Cancelling via phone or email is not possible.

ParkingPass

Will the ParkingPass be linked to my ResortPass?
The validity of your ParkingPass is always dependent on the validity of your ResortPass Silver or ResortPass Gold.
Can I purchase a ParkingPass later?
We recommend that you directly book your ParkingPass as an add-on when booking your ResortPass. If you want to purchase it at a later point, you can only buy it at the 'Information office at the Tower' in Europa-Park. Please note that the validity of the ParkingPass is linked to your ResortPass and that the minimum age for purchasing a ParkingPass is 18 years.

I'm arriving with my caravan. Where can I park and is the parking fee included in my ParkingPass?
For day visitors who arrive in their mobile homes/caravans, parking is possible in the parking space 'Day Campers' at the Europa-Park Camping. Please contact a member of staff at the barrier upon arrival.

Daily rates (from 8am to 1 hour after park closing):

Without ParkingPass: €15.00¹ per day
With ParkingPass: €5.00¹ per day

The parking fee must be paid at a member of staff on site. Reservation of the parking space is not necessary as a day visitor.
Please note: If you would like to stay overnight with your mobile home/caravan, please reserve your overnight stay online as usual.

Can I also park in the Rulantica car park with the ParkingPass?
As a ResortPass Gold owner, you can park for free in the car park of the water world on the two included Rulantica visits. If you wish to explore the water world on another day and do not use your included tickets, you can purchase both the tickets and the parking ticket online in the ticket shop. ResortPass Silver owners cannot park in the Rulantica car park with their ParkingPass.
Do I get a discount on pitches at the Europa-Park Camping as a ResortPass holder?
Discounts on pitches / overnight stays are not currently planned.
Can the ParkingPass be transferred?
The ParkingPass cannot be transferred and is only valid with the respective ResortPass. It can also not be transferred within the family and the ParkingPass holder must be present on the day of the visit.

Which advantages do I have as a ResortPass Silver holder when staying in the Europa-Park hotel resort?
When staying in the hotel resort, the Camp Resort or the Europa-Park Camping, you can visit Europa-Park even on blocked days during your stay (incl. day of arrival and departure).
Can I get a printed ResortPass Silver card at the receptions of the Europa-Park hotels or the Camp Resort?
No, this is not possible. The printed card can only be issued at the information office at the tower in the French themed area of Europa-Park, for a fee of €5.
As an overnight guest, do I have to reserve my visiting dates for Europa-Park separately, or are they automatically added with my hotel booking?
When you book an overnight stay in one of the Europa-Park themed hotels, the Camp Resort or at the Europa-Park Camping, and your stay falls within the validity period of your ResortPass, we will reserve your Europa-Park tickets for all days of your stay. This includes the arrival and departure days. You will not find these reservations in the ResortPass portal, but you will automatically have access to Europa-Park on all these days. Please provide your ResortPass ID(s) during hotel booking. As a ResortPass Gold owner, please note that your day tickets for Rulantica must be booked separately in the ResortPass Portal resort-pass.de. Reservations for Rulantica are available from 90 days prior to the visit date.
I have already booked my overnight stay but didn't purchase my ResortPass until later. How do I reserve my Europa-Park visits?
If you have already booked your overnight stay and purchased a ResortPass afterwards, please add your ResortPass ID(s) during your pre-check-in for the hotel booking, or speak to a member of staff at reception when checking in to your hotel. They will add the ResortPass ID(s) to your booking, so that you can enjoy free access to Europa-Park during opening times for the duration of your stay.

Can I visit Europa-Park during the new HALLOWinter season with my ResortPass?
Yes, you can visit Europa-Park on all days of our new HALLOWinter season with the ResortPass Silver and ResortPass Gold.
Can I also get a printed card with the ResortPass Silver?
It is possible to have your ResortPass Silver issued as a printed card during Europa-Park's opening hours for a fee of €5.00¹ at the information office at the tower in the French themed area of Europa-Park.
As a ResortPass holder, I can reserve a maximum of 5 days at a time. Is there a chance that a park visit might not be possible on a specific date due to no availability, even for ResortPass Gold holders?
The ticket availability for Europa-Park is generous and we don't expect there to be days where we reach capacity. In Rulantica, ticket availability is lower and days may therefore be unavailable.
Does camping in a tent at the Europa-Park Camping count as an overnight stay? Can I visit Europa-Park on the days of arrival and departure as well as for the length of my stay as a ResortPass Silver holder?
The entry regulations apply for all stays at the Europa-Park hotels, Camp Resort and Europa-Park Camping, even if you're staying in a tent.
How do I get entry to Europa-Park if I don't have a physical card (yet)?
After purchasing your ResortPass, you have several options for entering Europa-Park. Please reserve your visit in the ResortPass portal at resort-pass.de. You can then bring up your ResortPass in the Europa-Park & Rulantica app, store it in your smartphone wallet or log in to MackOne.de and bring up your ResortPass there. Presenting the physical card is no longer necessary with the new ResortPass Silver and ResortPass Gold. All you need for your visit is your smartphone with your stored ResortPass.
My ResortPass Gold card has not yet been delivered.
Please understand that the delivery of your card can take up to 2 weeks. If this period has already passed, we ask you to contact us by email at info [at] resort-pass.de. Tip: it is not necessary to present your printed card to visit Europa-Park. All you need for your visit is your smartphone with your stored ResortPass. Simply book your visiting date in the ResortPass portal at resort-pass.de. You can then bring up your ResortPass in the Europa-Park & Rulantica app, store it in your smartphone wallet or log in to MackOne.de and bring up the ResortPass.
I have a ResortPass Silver and would like to visit Europa-Park on a date, that is not available to me. What can I do?
As an overnight guest in our hotels, the Camp Resort or the Europa-Park Camping, you get unrestricted entry to Europa-Park on all days of your stay during opening hours of the park. As a day visitors, you can purchase a regular ticket for Europa-Park in the Mack International ticket shop (subject to availability).
What do I do if I forgot my smartphone on the day of my visit and there is no printed card?
Please contact the Information at the main entrance.
Can I visit Rulantica from 9am with my ResortPass reservation?
ResortPass holders who visit Rulantica as day guests can enjoy the water world from 10am to 10pm. As an overnight guest in the Europa-Park hotels, in the Camp Resort or at Europa-Park Camping, we grant ResortPass holders entry to Rulantica one hour earlier. For earlier entry, please contact the staff in the foyer and ideally present your accommodation reservation on-site.
How far in advance should I reserve my visiting day? Is it possible to make a reservation for the same day?
You can make a free reservation for the same day online at resort-pass.de, as long as your five simultaneous Europa-Park reservations haven't already been used for other visiting days. In addition, the respective visiting day must be part of the available days for the respective ResortPass variant. For Rulantica visits, it is further necessary that tickets are still available. Reservations via phone or email are not possible.
As I have to reserve visiting days in advance, is there the possibility that individual visiting days might be sold out, even for ResortPass Gold holders?
The ticket availability for Europa-Park is generous and we don't expect there to be days where we reach capacity. In Rulantica, ticket availability is lower and therefore days may be unavailable.
I have purchased a ResortPass at a special rate. Do I have to show ID at every visit?
If you have purchased a ResortPass at a special rate, please have ID as well as your disability ID ready for every visit.
