III. Data processing within the Influencer Database

1. Description and scope of data processing

On our website, there is the possibility to apply as an influencer free of charge and to be added to our Influencer Database. The following data categories from the input screen are transmitted to us as part of the application.

  • Name
  • Contact information
  • Social media accounts 
  • Individual message

In addition, the following data is collected when the application is sent:

  • IP address of the computer used
  • Date and time of registration
  • Consent status

If you apply via the website, your contact information may be subsequently used to contact you regarding a possible cooperation. The data will not be passed on to third parties as part of the data processing. The data will be used exclusively for the evaluation of your application, initiating contact and a possible cooperation.

2. Legal basis for data processing

The legal basis for processing of the data is your consent in accordance with Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR. The provision of data via the form is voluntary. 
Consent may be withdrawn at any time from Europa-Park GmbH & Co. Mack KG, Europa-Park-Str. 2, 77977 Rust with effect for the future, by post or by email to influencer@europapark.de.

3. Purpose of data processing

The collection of data serves to evaluate of applicants for the initiation of cooperations.
The collection of other personal data during the registration process serves to prevent misuse of the input screen.

4. Storage period

As long as you have given your consent, your data from the form will be stored permanently in the database. If you are not eligible for a cooperation, your data will be erased.
Other personal data collected during the registration process, such as your IP address, is usually erased after a period of seven days.
