re-booking or cancellation

If you have booked a stay at the Europa-Park hotels or at the Europa-Park Silver Lake City, you can use this form up to 3 days prior to arrival to change or cancel your booking, or to obtain a voucher for your pre-payment. Excluded are restricted rates (e.g. special offers, limited editions), group rates and New Year's Eve packages at the Europa-Park Hotels and Riverside Western Lodge.

When will you be arriving?

You will arrive in more than 29 days

You can shorten, change or cancel your stay. Please note that an administration fee of €50.00¹ will be charged and invoiced in all cases.

You will be arriving between 28 and 3 days

You can shorten or cancel your stay. Please note that 50% of the accommodation cost of the first night will be charged in both cases. The booked add-ons (such as Europa-Park & Rulantica tickets, wellness treatments, etc.) can be cancelled free of charge. Rebooking is no longer possible.

You will be arriving in less than 3 days

You may cancel your stay. Please note that 80% of the accommodation cost of the first night will be charged. The booked add-ons (such as Europa-Park & Rulantica tickets, wellness treatments, etc.) will also be charged at 80%. Rebooking or shortening your stay is no longer possible.

If you have already made a pre-payment for your stay and would now like to cancel, you can request to be sent a voucher for the full value of your pre-payment via email. We will use the email address noted in the Email field.

New Year's Eve hotel package

  • The New Year's Eve package can be cancelled free of charge up until 30. November.
  • From 1. December 50% of the total cost of the package booked will be charged as a cancellation fee.
  • From 22. December 80% of the total cost of the package booked will be charged as a cancellation fee.
