Our seminar flat rates simplifies the organisation of your conference. It includes the necessary conference services such as rooms, technology and catering. All these basic services are included in our seminar flat rates at a single price per person, making it easy for you to calculate.

Please note! Seminar flat rates are only available for groups of 10 or more. Reduced room hire is also available for large rooms. We offer different seminar flat rates depending on the length of your meeting or conference.

The seminar flat rate includes the following:

  • Corresponding meeting room
  • Presentation technology installed in the room
  • A flipchart, a pin board
  • Writing-pads and pens for all participants
  • Two coffee/tea breaks with delicious pastries
  • 3-course menu or conference buffet (from 50 people)
Price €71.00¹ per person

Conference drinks are not included in the seminar flat rate.

Welcome coffee, various types of tea, pretzels and butter €13.00¹ per person
Coffee, various teas, small snacks (choice of the kitchen) €13.00¹ per person
Coffee break (extended), different types of tea, sweet pastries, mini rolls (with different toppings), croissants, pretzels, dessert fruit €17.00¹ per person

 

Instead of the snacks there are the following alternatives

Mini bread rolls garnished with turkey ham, herb fresh cheese, salami and smoked salmon		 plus €3.30¹ per person

The flat rates for drinks apply for the duration of the conference including lunch. The drinks for dinner are excluded from the package.
