Give pure joy with the EMOTIONS gift card
The gift card is a prepaid card, comparable to a gift voucher, but in credit card format – making it much more practical than vouchers or cash. The EMOTIONS gift card can be used at the Rulantica water world, Europa-Park, the Europa-Park hotels, Silver Lake City, Eatrenalin, YULLBE, for events and in the Mack International ticket shop.
Your advantages
- Cashless payments: With the EMOTIONS card, you can pay cashless in Europa-Park, the Rulantica water world, in Eatrenalin, YULLBE as well as in the themed hotels and the Silver Lake City.* The value can also be used for events.
- Online payment method: The new EMOTIONS gift card (with PIN on the back) can now be used as a payment method in the Mack International ticket shop, in the Europa-Park & Rulantica app as well as on VEEJOY. Please note that currently up to five EMOTIONS gift cards can be redeemed per order transaction. EMOTIONS without PIN can only be redeemed on site at the Europa-Park Resort or by telephone via our guest service.
- Choose any amount: You decide the amount with which you would like to top up the card. The maximum amount is €250.00
- Flexible use: The monetary value can be redeemed with a single purchase or gradually. Remaining amounts remain credited within the statutory limitation period.
Buy & charge
The credit card sized EMOTIONS card can be redeemed at the following locations:
- At Europa-Park: In the Europa-Park shops or at the information office at the main entrance
- In Rulantica: At the Guest Relations counter in the lobby
- Online in the Europa-Park online shop
You can top up the credit card sized EMOTIONS card with an amount of your choice once (maximum credit €250). This card can be used at almost all locations at Europa-Park, the Rulantica water world, in Eatrenalin, YULLBE, in the themed hotels, the Silver Lake City, and online in the Mack International ticket shop, in the Europa-Park & Rulantica app as well as on VEEJOY.
Conditions
- The EMOTIONS gift card is transferable.
- The gift card can be redeemed in Europa-Park, the Rulantica water world, in Eatrenalin, YULLBE, in the themed hotels and the Silver Lake City, for events as well as in the Mack International ticket shop, in the Europa-Park & Rulantica app as well as on VEEJOY.*
- Your purchase amount will be deducted from the value of your gift card.
- You can spend the value of the gift card all at once or in several steps. However, any credit remaining on the card cannot be refunded.
- If the gift card balance is not sufficient, you can pay the difference via another method of payment.
- The card cannot be redeemed for cash.
- The statutory limitation periods apply, any remaining balance expires thereafter.
- Europa-Park accepts no liability in case of loss, theft, or damage - the gift card is considered as cash.
