Please note the following information: Loss reports and lost property are processed Monday to Friday during the regular office hours of the lost property teams at the Europa-Park Resort. We will contact you whether the lost item has been found or not. Lost property will not be kept for longer than six months. If your item has been found if your lost item is found and handed in to us, you have the following options: 1. The lost item will be sent to you as an insured DHL parcel. The costs are independent of the size and weight of the parcel: Germany: min. €10.00 World wide: min. €20.00 We will discuss the payment terms with you when we contact you. 2. You can collect the lost item yourself by appointment. In order to provide you with competent assistance, we require the following information in advance.
