Notification of lost item

Have you lost an item at the Europa-Park hotels or YULLBE?

Please note the following information:

The loss report via this form is exclusively for the Europa-Park Hotels (rooms, restaurants, bars), the wellness & spa areas, YULLBE and Eatrenalin.

For Europa-Park, the Camp Resort and Europa-Park Camping areas, please send your request to the Europa-Park lost property office.

If you have lost an item in Rulantica, please send an e-mail to fundbuero [at] rulantica.de.

We will process your lost property report from Monday to Friday during regular office hours. We will contact you in any case, regardless of whether the item has been found or not. Generally, lost property is not kept for longer than six months.

If the item is found, you can choose between the following options:

1. Your lost property will be sent to you as an insured DHL package. Costs for this are independent of the size and weight of the parcel:
  • Germany: € 7.00
  • Europe-wide: 15,00 €
  • Switzerland: 20,00 €

We will discuss the payment modalities with you when we contact you.

2. You collect the lost property yourself from the relevant hotel by prior arrangement.

In order to be able to help you competently, we need the following information in advance. Please fill in the questions as detailed as possible in order to get the best possible and quickest help.
