The dust of the prairie swirls up, and the distant thunder of hooves heralds its arrival: the Western Festival is coming to Silver Lake City! Over three unforgettable days, the heart of the Wild West at Europa-Park Resort will be transformed into a vibrant setting brimming with adventure, rousing live music and authentic Wild West spirit.

Saddle up – it’s going to be legendary!

Whether it’s brave cowboys, daring outlaw scenes or elegant lasso artists: the colourful programme transports young and old alike to the golden era of the Wild West. Spectacular show performances and breathtaking acrobatics will leave you in awe, whilst puppeteers and stilt walkers weave their way through the colourful hustle and bustle – Silver Lake City becomes a grand Western stage.

There are also plenty of opportunities to get involved: pony cycling, archery, horseshoe throwing, as well as performances and workshops by the TALENT ACADEMY round off the varied programme. All fans of virtual reality should not miss a visit to the new YULLBE GO location in Silver Lake City. An exciting treasure hunt and numerous other activities also await our youngest guests, making the day an unforgettable experience.

Live music, line dancing & Western vibes

Over three days, the heart of Silver Lake City beats to the rhythm of the Wild West: from performances by the Mariachilindas to rousing sets by the Hockridge Brothers on the main stage – the music never stops!
At the Wild Horse Bar and the Silver Lake Saloon, too, a rotating line-up of live bands and musicians will provide the best entertainment and a lively atmosphere. Let yourself be swept away by a line-dancing group and shake your hips – lasso optional, good spirits a must!

Day after day in the Wild West

Friday, 19 June 2026 | 4–10pm The festival gets off to a flying start in the evening: Virginie Schaeffer & Band will be playing on the main event stage, whilst Country Tom brings the Wild Horse Bar to life and El Paso the Saloon.

Saturday, 20 June 2026 | 11am–10pm The longest day of the festival! During the day, the Hockridge Brothers will be rocking the stage, whilst in the evening Western DJ ‘Hank’ will be spinning the decks. There will also be live music all day in the bars and at the Silver Lake Saloon. For football fans, there’s a special treat in store late in the evening on the Wild Horse Bar terrace and in the bars.

Sunday, 21 June 2026 | 11am–6pm A cosy finale to the Wild West Weekend with brunch, live music and the grand finale by the Hockridge Brothers on the event stage. There’s live music in the bars until 10pm.

Culinary highlights

The Wild West works up an appetite – and Silver Lake City has culinary offerings to suit every taste: from hearty Western fare at the Silver Lake Saloon to a lavish brunch in the nostalgic atmosphere of the Diner Station, right through to chilled drinks and fresh draught beer at the Wild Horse Bar or in the brand-new Silver Lake Brewery. Those who love the smell of an open fire will be in their element at the Smoker: aromatic grilled meat, slowly smoked to perfection. Let yourself be seduced by the culinary delights of the Wild West.
