In the 'Harborside' - our maritime-designed buffet restaurant - you can have fish, meat or vegetables prepared to your taste: at Colonial Front Cooking right before your eyes. How does it work? You simply choose the ingredients you like best. You can choose from all kinds of fresh delicacies from all over the world. We then prepare your very own meal, either on our large Mongolian grill or the African lava stone grill. This makes eating a real experience.
