The grilled specialities buffet is exquisitely presented at the ‘Sala Santa Isabel’. It features roast beef, smoked tuna fish and jamón ibérico (Iberian cured ham) served with melon, followed by meat and fish specialities grilled on lava stone and rounded off with choice side dishes such as baked courgette flowers or potatoes cooked in sea salt and lemon, all of which is seasoned with herbs freshly gathered from the cloister garden.
