Reopening on the 23rd July

Pre-opening of the Scandinavian themed area from 5th July

Following the extraordinary opening of the new museum hotel Krønasår on 31st May Europa-Park would like to surprise its visitors with another highlight this year. After only one year of reconstruction the Scandinavian themed area reopens with a big celebration on the 23rd July. As part of the pre-opening visitors can go on a tour of discovery through the Nordic culture from the 5th July onwards.

The bright colours of the traditional Scandinavian house facades will shine and enchant you with their Nordic flair. The popular shark sees a return as well, setting the stage for your extraordinary photos.

From the ice cream parlour ‘Is Huset’ to the ‘Fjord Restaurant’, there’s something to satisfy every hunger, large and small.

From the start of the season, Fjord Rafting welcomes all daredevils with whimsical new creatures and a wild ride past thundering waterfalls and through a mystical cave filled with special effects. After the exciting ride, the giant swing ‘Vindjammer’ awaits, ready to rock its passengers up to dizzying heights of 20 metres. If that's too fast, you can prove your steadfastness on the ‘Rocking Bridge’.

Surprise in autumn 2019

The new themed ride 'Snorri Touren'

From autumn 2019, Snorri will take you on a tour through Rulantica to show you his colourful world. Look forward to 'Snorri Touren'.
