Smoking at Europa-Park

New regulations from 2026 – smoking will only be permitted in designated smoking areas.

Europa-Park is a place for shared experiences – for families, groups of friends and visitors from all over the world. Following an amendment to the Smoke-Free Environment Law in Baden-Württemberg, new legal regulations on smoking will apply to theme parks in future.

From 1 June 2026, smoking at Europa-Park will therefore only be permitted in designated smoking areas. The regulation applies to cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, e-shishas, tobacco heaters, water pipes and similar vaping products.

To help guests familiarise themselves with the new situation in good time, designated smoking areas will be set up in the park from the start of the season on 28 March 2026. The locations are clearly marked and can also be found, for example, in the Europa-Park & Rulantica app. We ask all guests to use these areas for smoking and thank you for your understanding.
