EMOTIONS Gift Card

The credit card sized EMOTIONS card can be redeemed at the following locations:

• At Europa-Park: In the Europa-Park shops or at the information office at the main entrance
• Online in the Europa-Park Online Shop

You can top up the credit card sized EMOTIONS card with an amount of your choice and, should the credit be used up, top it up again. This card can be used at almost all locations at Europa-Park, the Rulantica Water World, as well as the themed hotels and the Camp Resort.

Please note: the voucher card cannot be redeemed online.

• Cashless payment - the EMOTIONS value can be used in most outlets throughout Europa-Park, Rulantica and the hotel resort*, and even at events.
  You can also pay for your Europa-Park tickets onsite, using your gift card.
• Choose any amount: You decide the amount with which you would like to top up the card. The maximum amount is €250.00.
• Multiple use: The monetary value can be redeemed with a single purchase or gradually. Remaining amounts remain credited. The card is also rechargeable!
• Online balance check: Check, from the comfort of your home, how much credit is left on your card: balance check
• Protection against loss / theft: If you have registered your card, you can have it blocked online in the event of loss or theft. The credit can be issued to a new card. Register now!

• The EMOTIONS gift card is transferable.
• The gift card can be used in most outlets throughout Europa-Park, Rulantica and the hotel resort*, and even at events.
• Your purchase amount will be deducted from the value of your gift card.
• You can spend the value of the gift card all at once or in several steps. However, any credit remaining on the card cannot be refunded.
• If the gift card balance is not sufficient, you can pay the difference via another method of payment.
• The gift card can be topped up in the Europa-Park shops and hotels. Should you not wish to top up your gift card, you can simply keep it.
• The card cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Europa-Park accepts no liability in case of loss, theft, or damage - the gift card is considered as cash.

The EMOTIONS PLUS is a personalised EMOTIONS card, which can be cancelled and/or replaced if stolen or lost.

The EMOTIONS card can be changed, free of charge, into an EMOTIONS PLUS card at the following points:

• In Europa-Park: Terminals at the info by the lake, the tower and in the games hall in Spain, in the shop in the Austrian themed
• Online: On the EMOTIONS PLUS website
