Consisting of 100 golden stars specially designed for the event, the installation delighted visitors and inspired them to reflect.
As a central charity project initiated on the 50th anniversary of Europa-Park, a children's house for 'little heroes' is being built in Silver Lake City. Through this children's house, the Mack family aims to provide a place where families can regain strength, lightness, and a sense of normality after their child has suffered from serious cancer. The project is being made possible with the support of 'RTL – Wir helfen Kindern', the German Children's Cancer Foundation in Bonn, the non-profit association 'Stelzenmännchen' in Karlsruhe and many generous donors.
Initiated by Roland Mack, the ‘Sculpture Avenue’ is a publicly accessible art project located on the Alte Elz, opposite the 4* superior themed hotel ‘Bell Rock’. Created in collaboration with the renowned Würth Collection and featuring works of the Mack family, this impressive open-air exhibition showcases the work of international artists and is constantly being expanded. The sculptures uniquely combine art and nature, inviting visitors to reflect and find inspiration.
To celebrate this magnificent occasion, Europa-Park stayed open until midnight, inviting visitors to enjoy spectacular shows and thrilling rollercoaster rides well into the evening. Many visitors came to see the park illuminated in a special way and experienced unforgettable moments under the twinkling stars. The park celebrated its unique anniversary with a gala attended by high-profile guests, which could be experienced via livestream. The evening centred on an emotional journey through five decades of Europa-Park history, hosted by Steven Gätjen and Christa Rigozzi.
From 11. to 14. July 2025, a very special event awaited you: during this period, the Europa-Park airship, bearing the mascots Ed Euromaus and Edda Euromausi, floated above the Europa-Park Resort. The passengers on the Europa-Park airship were the lucky winners of the Zeppelin competition. Having been on the move since spring, the impressive airship travelled over Lake Constance, the Allgäu region and the Alpine foothills until November, stopping in the Ruhr area and Düsseldorf along the way. Measuring 75 metres in length and travelling at around 70 km/h, it offers fascinating views from 300 metres up. Even from the ground, the Zeppelin inspires dreams of the lightness of flying and a unique change of perspective.
