Enjoy our ambience and the exquisite cuisine from Peter Hagen-Wiest, decorated with 2* Michelin. Service at eye-level is the motto of multi-award-winning restaurant managers Lisa-Marie Schmidt  and sommelier Sascha Schmidt.. Relaxation, personality, spontaneity - The 'Ammolite' is free from elitist attitude, they know their trade, foster the conventions and style and don't put themselves into the foreground. The restaurant is located in the lighthouse of the 4* superior hotel 'Bell Rock'.
