As a user of the Europa-Park Hotels app, you can check in online from 6am on the day of arrival.
The app also provides access to all tickets booked in connection with an overnight stay.
Requirements: The Hotels app is installed, you are using your booking account, pre-registration is complete and the reservation has been paid in full.
After retrieving your mobile tickets, you do not need to check in at reception. As soon as your accommodation is ready (from 3.30pm), you will find the digital room key and all the information you need in the Hotels app.
