Zumba im Europa-Park


Zumba® – a combination of aerobics and dance, a fantastic workout to Latin American rhythms.

Tuesday from 6.30 pm to 7.30pm

yoga class


Yoga involves a combination of demanding physical exercises while developing a strong inner focus. Originally from India, this discipline requires both physical exertion and mental concentration. (please bring a towel and a thin blanket) 

Monday from 8am to 9am 
Wednesday from 6pm to 7.30pm



Exercises for the mobilisation, stability, and flexibility of your spine and to strengthen your back muscles with relaxation afterwards.

Indoor-Cycling im Europa-Park

Indoor cycling

At indoor cycling, you can really rev things up together on fixed bikes and get your heart pumping. You ride while sitting or pedalling, the instructor determines the cadence using music choices. Each participant chooses the level of resistance himself. This allows people with different levels of ability to train together - and even beginners can easily keep up. Each hour usually starts with a warm-up and ends with a cool-down, followed by a short stretch.

Functional Flow-Gruppe


Bodystyling trains strength, heart, circulation, and breathing in a gentle manner. It is a gentle body workout that encourages you to feel and appreciate your body with calm, moving, and static exercises. Tensions in body and mind will be relieved. This full body training combines breathing techniques, strengthening exercises, coordination, and stretching. Each participant naturally feels how the training responds to their individual needs.
