FAQ Caravaning

You can conveniently reserve your pitch at Europa-Park Caravaning in advance online or by phone on +49 7822 860-5566.

Generally, full payment must be made at least four days prior to arrival at Europa-Park Caravaning*.
If you do not wish to pay at the time of booking, a credit card is required as a guarantee.

If the Europa-Park Caravaning has not received full payment for your booking four days prior to arrival, your booking will charged to your credit card as a security deposit. Payment can then be made on site using an alternative method of payment (Chèque Vacances, EC card, voucher or cash) or by bank transfer. In the case of bank transfer, payment will only be authorised if it is received at least 14 days before arrival. The credit card authorisation will be cancelled after payment has been made on arrival using an alternative method of payment.
If neither payment nor a valid credit card is received three days prior to arrival, the 
Europa-Park Caravaning reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

The following payment methods are accepted for bookings: EMOTIONS card, Credit card (Mastercard, VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS, Diners Club, Discover), PayPal, GooglePay, ApplePay, Postfinance, iDEAL | Wero and Bancontact.

*Please note that for bookings made at short notice (three days or less prior to arrival), payment is required at the time of booking.

Tickets for Europa-Park, Rulantica and Eatrenalin are not automatically included in the accommodation prices at Europa-Park Caravaning. There are selected offers that include tickets for Europa-Park, Rulantica and/or Eatrenalin. In this case, this will be explicitly indicated.

In the first step of the online booking process, the pitch for Europa-Park Caravaning is displayed. In a further step, the various admission tickets can be added. In combination with an overnight stay at Europa-Park Caravaning, you will always receive the lowest admission price for Europa-Park. To secure this advantage, it is best to book the entrance tickets directly together with the overnight stay.

You can collect the tickets at the Silver Lake City reception on the day of your arrival. This means that you must contact reception before you are heading to Europa-Park, Rulantica or Eatrenalin. You will receive your tickets upon presentation of your booking confirmation.  
Day visitors can conveniently purchase and download their tickets from the Europa-Park app (free to download) or go to tickets.mackinternational.de

Larger groups can be accommodated at Europa-Park Caravaning upon request.

The pitches at Europa-Park Caravaning are available from 12pm on your day of arrival and must be vacated by 11am on the day of your departure. If you arrive earlier or leave later, we are able to offer you the option of parking your vehicle in the waiting area.
 

For safety reasons, it is not possible to camp overnight with your own tent on the Europa-Park Caravaning pitches. You are welcome to make a reservation for a pitch and spend the night there in your car/vehicle. It is only possible to stay overnight in your own tent on the Europa-Park Camping tent meadow.

Your space is available to you until 11am on the day of your departure. After 11am, you are welcome to drive to our dedicated waiting zone where you can park until after your park visit. 

Dogs are welcome at Europa-Park Caravaning. Exemptions apply to so called 'listed dogs/combat dogs'. Please see our prices overview for the latest prices.

Caravaning guests must note that dogs must be kept on a leash at all times across the entire site. You also have to carry a hygiene package in order to tidy up after your dog. Other animals are not allowed. 

Dogs are also allowed in the Diner Station as well as in the Silver Lake Saloon. 

Yes, there are enough sockets available on the Europa-Park Caravaning pitches (16 ampere, CEE plug).

Ja, beim Europa-Park Caravaning stehen Fahrradabstellplätze zur Verfügung.

Yes, there is a washing machine and dryer available in the Silver Lake City utility room, which can be used for a fee of €3 each.

The modern facilities at Europa-Park Caravaning are located in a separate building on site in Silver Lake City.
 

The noise curfew starts at midnight at Europa-Park Caravaning.

Dear guests, we kindly ask for your understanding that on the days of the street festival organised by the community of Rust (04.09. until 06.09.2026) and the youth football tournament (04.06. until 07.06.2026), quiet hours cannot be guaranteed.

Stays at Europa-Park Caravaning can be changed, converted into a voucher (print@home) or cancelled up to three days prior to arrival. The statutory cancellation periods apply. Event tickets and group rates are excluded. To the online form
