Halloween Highlights

Halloween Decorations

Halloween at Germany’s largest amusement park is an absolute must! A blanket of over 180,000 pumpkins covers the park landscape, whilst 3,000 bales of straw, spider trees, and ghostly illuminations ensure an extraordinarily spooky atmosphere.

A very special exhibition awaits you around the Tiroler Log Flume. Halloween made of sand. Lovingly hand-made sculptures all around Halloween have been built in order to be marvelled at!

Another highlight is the pumpkin exhibition in the castle park. True works of art made of pumpkins and autumn flowers take visitors into the world of music.

Halloween Shows

The most elaborate display of Halloween decorations in Germany sets the perfect scene for Europa-Park's Autumn show highlights. The whole family can meet monsters and chilling creatures of the night in the Europa-Park Halloween-Parade!

An eerie Irish tour group, dancing skeletons and thirsty vampires make our breath-taking ice show ‘Surpr’Ice with the Celtic Shadows’ an unforgettable experience.

Detailed designed wooden puppets on skilful hands thrill with the show ‘The Hells Kitchen’ all little visitors. A spectacular combination of light, water, fire and laser beams immerse the like between the Adventure land and the Enchanted forest at ‘Hellfire Fountains’ into breath-taking light.

Halloween Attractions

Visitors can immerse themselves in the 4D movie 'Ed & Edda in 'Chaos in Wonderland'', featuring Euromaus and friends, at the 4D Magic Cinema. Perhaps a ride on the misty and mysterious Griezelkopjes, the tea cups in the Dutch themed area, sounds more like your 'cup of tea'! Or maybe experience the 'Feria Swing - Flight of the Vampirein a totally new way – namely backwards!

All brave visitors from twelve years can enjoy a maximum amount of scariness in the haunted house 'Bloody Mary's Mansion'. Live actors scare the visitors through the house and give you the creeps – guaranteed!

In the Swiss themed area the Spooky Kids Village has several surprises for all little ones in store.

Horror Nights - Traumatica

The days in which the earth supported life are long gone. Today, horrible creatures reign over a world of ash and decay. Radio SWR3 Halloween Party

German radio station SWR3 will also this year be celebrating Germany’s largest Halloween Party on 31st Oct.


SWR3 DJs will create an amazing party atmosphere with special warm up acts to fire up horror fans who want to dance - or rollercoaster fans can choose to do another round of the attractions which will remain open later especially!
