Eerily beautiful Halloween at Europa-Park

This year, Europa-Park is creating an even spookier atmosphere with a major Halloween upgrade: numerous new decorations and atmospheric lighting transform the theme park – from the entrance right through to the individual themed areas – into a magical and spine-tingling autumn setting.

Brand new: in the German themed area, the autumn village ‘Pumpkin Village’ invites you to explore and linger, with lovingly designed market huts and a wide range of activities centred around this eerily beautiful season.

Younger guests can look forward to a colourful Halloween experience with plenty of activities at the 'Trick or Treat – Funfair presented by JUNIOR CLUB' children’s funfair in the Austrian themed area!

Our Halloween season is a great event for the who family, including small children.

From heart-pounding to spine-chilling – the attractions of the Halloween season

Over 100 attractions across 18 European themed areas are waiting to be discovered – for families, adventurers and anyone who wants to experience autumn to the full. New decorations and atmospheric lighting welcome you right from the entrance, creating the perfect Halloween atmosphere – and, of course, the more than 180,000 pumpkins in all shapes and colours are a must. The new autumn village, ‘Pumpkin Village’, in the German themed area invites you to explore and linger, with lovingly designed market huts and a wide range of activities centred around this spookily beautiful season. In the Austrian themed area, the ‘Trick or Treat – Funfair presented by JUNIOR CLUB’ offers younger guests the charm of a classic funfair with a variety of hands-on activities.

The eerie day maze, next to the majestic WODAN Timburcoaster, is a truly frightening experience for horror fans! The creepy house presents itself as a dark hideout, full of living actors whose mission is to scare the daytime visitors. An adventure with an extra dose of horror!

Spooks for little vampires

With spooky decorations and dark sounds, the spectacular Feria Swing attraction in the Spanish themed area will be transformed into the Flight of the Vampires for Halloween. 
The dynamic ride gives young bats the chance to test their courage.

With flashes of lightning and eerie music, the Koffiekopjes are transformed into the Griezelkopjes in the charming Dutch themed area.

During the Halloween season, Europa-Park offers an extensive programme of shows for the whole family.

Immerse yourself in a world where darkness meets glamour and nothing is as it seems: in the new show 'The Dark Wedding', you’ll experience a sinister wedding full of mystical moments and surprising twists. Things get macabre and wonderfully funny in 'Venezia Macabra' on the Italian open-air stage. Quirky singing and dancing performances provide spine-tingling entertainment and make the Halloween season a truly special experience.

Young horror fans can also look forward to special highlights during the Halloween season: Ed Euromaus and his friends invite you to the cool children’s disco 'Spooky Beats'!

Fancy a small or large refreshment?

For Halloween, the park’s restaurants are featuring tried-and-tested classics and popular guest favorites—supplemented by new, spookily delicious creations.

A creamy pumpkin soup will warm you up at restaurants and snack bars, while the Scary Burger at O’Mackay’s and the Rock Café will give you a spine-tingling experience on your plate. Chili con carne and hearty options with fries and hot dogs are also back on the menu.
New at the tarte flambée stand: the pumpkin tarte flambée—spicy, hearty, and perfect for the Halloween season!
The French Bakery is also offering delicious surprises fresh from the oven with its new Halloween treats.

And brand new this year: our Pumpkin Village! Stop by, get spooked, and discover the terrifyingly delicious surprises!

Rulantica – Immerse yourself in the eerily golden autumn

Halloween spirit meets water fun! From 26 September to 15 November, Rulantica is transformed into a seasonal highlight with autumnal decorations, glowing pumpkins and golden maize stalks. Thrilling slides, spacious pools and the Hyggedal sauna and wellness area offer both excitement and relaxation. In the evenings, DJs spin tunes at the Rulantica Vibes in the heated outdoor pool – accompanied by autumnal specialities and seasonal cocktails. Halloween has never been so wet!

20 years of horror, 10 years of Traumatica

Europa-Park at Halloween is eerily beautiful – Traumatica is just plain terrifying. The horror event opens its doors from 23 September to 7 November. From 6pm, the food court invites you to enjoy a last supper – before the scare attractions take over at 7pm. For those who want to keep the night going: The Forbidden Club and Vampire’s Club provide dark beats until dawn.
