ART-BOULEVARD

For the first time, Europa-Park Resort and MACK Media - the creative agency called for an art competition. The campaign period was from 23rd January until 5th March 2023. According to the motto 'Show us your anticipation', creative people and fans of all ages were called upon to create a piece of art that expresses the anticipation for the 2023/2024 season of Europa-Park and the Water World Rulantica. Participants could submit their works in three age categories 'up to 6 years', '7 to 17 years' and 'from 18 years'.

More than 1,200 creative pieces artwork were submitted from all over Europe (including Spain, England, Switzerland, Luxembourg and Belgium). The expert jury around Dr. h.c. Roland Mack did not have an easy time choosing the 5 winners from the large number of entries. Each of the five winners received an exciting stay for 4 people in one of our six 4-star hotels including 2 days admission to Europa-Park and an EMOTIONS card worth €1,000. Due to the unexpectedly high number of submissions, it was spontaneously decided to more than triple the number of finalists, thus giving almost 100 artists the opportunity to present their artwork in the ART-BOULEVARD exhibition. In addition, each artist received 4x admission tickets to Europa-Park.

50 selected exhibits will be displayed in the exhibition during two periods (29th April until 31st July and 1st August until 5th November 2023). We are delighted about the amount of creative work we received. Each piece of artwork tells an individual story and reflects the diversity of our resort as well as the love of our fans.
