It is a gentle body workout that encourages you to feel and appreciate your body with calm, moving, and static exercises. Tensions in body and mind will be relieved. This full body training combines breathing techniques, strengthening exercises, coordination, and stretching. Each participant naturally feels how the training responds to their individual needs.
