Admission Tickets

The booked admission tickets for Europa-Park and/or Rulantica are available in the Europa-Park Hotels App from 6am on the day of arrival. You can retrieve them as mobile tickets during the online check-in if all requirements are met. If it is not possible to retrieve the mobile tickets, you will receive your admission tickets at the Silver Lake City reception.

Waiting area

Should you arrive earlier or depart later, we offer you the possibility to park your vehicle in the separate waiting area (cannot be reserved).

Pitch spaces are available from 12pm

Once you have checked in, your pitch number will be available in the Europa-Park Hotels App from 12noon. Alternatively, you can obtain your pitch number at the reception of Silver Lake City.

Swimming lake

A natural swimming lake ensures cooling moments on hot summer days.

Jogging and Nordic walking route

You will find beautiful running/walking routes among nature for your sport fix nearby.

Children's playground

For our children, there is a playground next to the diner station with a climbing train, slides and bull riding. There is another playground next to the Western Houses.

Beach volleyball and soccer

For sporty guests, there is a beach volleyball court and a field for playing football.

Nature Centre Rheinauen

The ‘Taubergießen’ is a nature reserve which delights its visitors with rare flora and fauna. The Nature Centre Rheinauen proposes numerous possibilities for individuals, families, groups and school groups to discover this natural idyll in an educational way. The breakfast buffet takes place between 7 and 10am in the Silver Lake Saloon or in the Cantina Amigo. Times may change during HALLOWinter and the winter season.
