Get a festive adrenaline rush whilst speeding through snow-covered landscapes on one of our many attractions. Take a seat in the Eurosat - CanCan Coaster and set out on a journey through Paris at night or discover ‘Valerian - The City of the Thousand Planets’ at Eurosat Coastiality.
The mythical and magical Icelandic area is home to the WODAN – Timburcoaster. This spectacular wooden coaster twists between two other attractions, making it a ‘must-do’ for any thrill seeker. Meanwhile in Russia, the Euro-Mir rollercoaster guarantees a dizzying journey as it lifts visitors towards a starry sky, only to nose-dive them back to earth again.
Discover the 4D movie with Ed & Edda in ‘In The Park At Night’.
There are also endless opportunities to experience attractions tailored to suit the whole family. The 55m high Big Wheel Bellevue glows above the Portuguese themed area, offering a wonderful panorama of Europa-Park illuminated against the night sky. Our little snow fans can make sweeping pirouettes on the large ice rink situated on the rafting lake in the Scandinavian themed area, and brave kids can experience their first skiing adventure at the children's ski school between the Spices Restaurant and the Log Flume. Furthermore, this winter, ‘Skitty World Nordic’ - cross-country skiing for children large and small - is open once again in cooperation with the German Ski Association.
Explore the new Batavia of ice exhibition in the Spanish themed area and discover the magical pirate world. Horsepower fans big and small can immerse themselves in the fascinating world of Mercedes-AMG motorsport and experience one of the world’s most legendary and thrilling racetracks: the Monaco Grand Prix. At the Chinese Festival of Light in the Castle Garden, colorful figures from the world of pirates will shine in the dark.
Truly get into the festive spirit with a stroll around our traditional German Christmas Market. Browse quaint wooden stalls filled with seasonal gifts, crafts, and decorations - and of course sample the great winter culinary delights that are on offer.
Also experience the medieval Christkindl Market that lies beneath the snow-covered trees surrounding the Historic Balthasar Castle Park. A majestic atmosphere of times long ago, where nightfall’s glowing fires and torch-lit paths evoke a world of lords, ladies, and knights.
Winter brings with it an array of the finest seasonal treats, and whether your weakness is cinnamon sticks or roast chestnuts, Europa-Park is sure to have them all.
At the rustic ERDINGER Urweisse Hütt’n, you can enjoy a mouth-watering cheese fondue or succulent hog roast all whilst being accompanied by live Swiss folk music.
Or perhaps celebrate a feliz Navidad in the Spanish themed area, where adult visitors can treat themselves to a piping hot mulled wine in the Bar Glaciar ice bar.
Europa-Park has an unparalleled seasonal show programme - guaranteed to entertain and amaze!
“Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls…” - the rallying cry for all dancers, artists, and clowns performing in the original Circus Revue at the heart of the festival area.
Our Gingerbread Man will also be strutting his stuff with the Ice Princess in the nightly Winter Starlight Parade that meanders through the dusky landscape.
Plus the astounding combination that awaits dinner show guests - dancers, acrobats, and performers along with culinary specialties from Europa-Park’s 2* Michelin chef, Peter Hagen.
Tip: Every day from 5pm on the facade of the ‘Eurosat - CanCan Coaster’ you can see the beautiful 3D video mapping show 'Miraculeux'. The perfect end to the day awaits you at Ed and Edda’s Winter Magic at the lake with a magical winter wonderland made of water and light.
