Where are the sanitary facilities?
The modern facilities are located in a separate building on site.

 

When does peace at night start?
Peace at night starts at midnight on the Camp Resort and Camping Europa-Park.

 

Is breakfast provided?
Breakfast is provided daily, no reservations required. Camp Resort guests can purchase breakfast vouchers at reception. Guests of Camping Europa-Park can purchase breakfast vouchers at the Western Kiosk, where fresh bread rolls are also available.

 

Are table reservations required for dinner at the ‘Silver Lake Saloon’?
Yes, table reservations can be placed by calling +49 7822 860-5922 , or emailing guestrelations.resort@europapark.de. Tables can also be booked online at www.europapark.de/table-reservation.

 

Is there a supermarket close by?
The village of Rust offers a range of grocery stores. These are approximately a 20-minute walk away. A Western Kiosk with snacks and beverages is located near the Camping Europa-Park. Further, the ‘Pharmacy Machine’ offers useful supplies for little emergencies as well as handy utensils such as toothbrushes, tooth paste, and tissues.

 

Is there a charging station for electric cars at the Camp Resort?
You can use any of the four charging stations near the Camp Resort to recharge the batteries of your electric vehicle. Each charge will incur costs of €3 plus €0.30 per hour on charge. Payments will be taken via the QR code at the charging station.

 

FAQ – Camp Resort

 

When can the accommodation be accessed?
The accomodation at the Camp Resort is available from 3pm. Check-out is at 11am on the day of departure.

 

What is the accommodation equipped with?
All accommodation has a light, a power socket and WiFi. The mattresses have bed linen and a pillow is provided. All accommodation is heated.

Electrical equipment: Due to safety reasons we kindly ask you to refrain from using electrical equipment (except small devices such as chargers, beard trimmers). Should you need to use electrical equipment, please contact our team at reception before doing so. 

 

Are towels and sleeping bags available to rent?
No, unfortunately towels or sleeping bags are not available for rent.

 

Are the covered wagons and tepees lockable?
Covered wagons and tepees cannot be locked. Only the wooden covered wagons and log cabins can be locked.

 

Is there a place to store personal belongings?
The luggage room is available to all guests. Keys can be found at the Camp Resort reception. Also, a number of lockers is available on site.

 

Is there a refrigerator at the Camp Resort?
There is a refrigerator in the luggage room which is available for all guests of the Camp Resort to use (subject to availability).

 

Are the pathways accessible for wheelchair users?
Yes, sanitary facilities for guests with disabilities are also available.

 

Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed at the Camp Resort.

 

Can the barbecue areas be booked?
The barbecue areas are available for all guests and can’t be booked. You can purchase a barbecue package in advance on our website www.europapark.de/barbecue.
