The Oriental weeks welcome you during spring. All throughout summer Africa will play host to lucky guests with traditional treats like Bobotie and BBQ specialities. Autumn is all about the fresh, spicy cuisine of India.
At ‘SPICES’ many dishes are prepared right before the guests’ eyes. Accompanying drinks such as the Indian Lassi or a home-made lime lemonade round of the seasonal offering.
