The scent of spicy raclette cheese is in the air ... the Valaisan Parlours can’t be far away! Here we serve quality wines from the Mathier winery in Salgesch to go with our original ‘Val d’Or’ raclette cheese from Valais! The menu also features hot ‘Klöpfer’ with rye bread or a Swiss Vesper platter with many specialties.
