• Please note: Capacity is limited – admission to the water world Rulantica can only be granted if a day-specific ticket has been booked online in advance.
• The offer is valid for bookings made under the stated conditions until at least 8 weeks before arrival (summer season), or 3 weeks before arrival (HALLOWinter-, winter- and low season), subject to availability.
• If you would like to add special offer tickets after your booking has been made, you must add these up to 8 weeks (hotel, Riverside Western Lodge summer season) or 3 weeks (hotel, Riverside Western Lodge during HALLOWinter, winter season and low season as well as Tipi Town) before the arrival date. Tickets that are added after this deadline must be added as full-price tickets.

• The total price of your stay is due at the time of booking.
• This is a special offer from the Europa-Park hotels.
• This offer is only available for direct bookings at the Europa-Park Riverside Western Lodge.

• Rebooking and cancellation policy:
  In the event of cancellation, rebooking or shortening of the stay, a flat-rate processing fee of €50.00 will be charged up to 29 days prior to arrival. No rebooking is possible after this date. From 28 to 3 days prior to arrival, a cancellation fee of 50% of the first night’s room rate will apply. Tickets and other add-ons can generally be cancelled without charge. Cancellations received 2 days or less prior to arrival will incur a charge of 80% of the first night’s room rate. Booked add-ons will also be charged at 80%.
