From 20 paying people we grant you a free place in a double room, i.e. every 21st person stays free of charge (including breakfast and booked entry to Europa-Park/Rulantica). One bus driver per bus group of at least 20 people stays free of charge (1 driver per 50 people) depending on availability in the Europa-Park hotels, the Riverside Western Lodge, or a close by guesthouse.

- Please note: Capacity is limited – admission to the water world Rulantica* can only be granted if a day-specific ticket has been booked online in advance.
- The offer is valid for reservations made at least 8 weeks prior to arrival (Hotel, Riverside Western Lodge in summer) or 3 weeks prior to arrival (Hotel in HALLOWinter, winter and low season, Riverside Western Lodge in HALLOWinter and winter as well as Tipi Town) (subject to availability).
- Promotional rate tickets can be added 8 weeks prior to arrival (Hotel and Riverside Western Lodge in summer) or 3 weeks prior to arrival (Hotel in HALLOWinter, winter and low season, Riverside Western Lodge in HALLOWinter and winter as well as Tipi Town). Tickets added after these deadlines must be purchased at full price.

- Rebooking and cancellation policy:
In the event of cancellation, rebooking or shortening of the stay, a flat-rate processing fee of €50.00 will be charged up to 29 days prior to arrival. No rebooking is possible after this date. From 28 to 3 days prior to arrival, a cancellation fee of 50% of the first night’s room rate will apply. Tickets and other add-ons can generally be cancelled without charge. Cancellations received 2 days or less prior to arrival will incur a charge of 80% of the first night’s room rate. Booked add-ons will also be charged at 80%.
