FAQ Tipi Town

Generally, full payment must be made at least four days prior to arrival at Europa-Park Tipi Town*.
If you do not wish to pay at the time of booking, a credit card is required as a guarantee.

If the Europa-Park Tipi Town has not received full payment for your booking four days prior to arrival, your booking will be charged to your credit card as a security deposit. Payment can then be made on site using an alternative method of payment (Chèque Vacances, EC card, voucher or cash) or by bank transfer. In the case of bank transfer, payment will only be authorised if it is received at least 14 days before arrival. The credit card authorisation will be cancelled after payment has been made on arrival using an alternative method of payment.
If neither payment nor a valid credit card is received three days prior to arrival, the Europa-Park Tipi Town reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

The following payment methods are accepted for bookings: EMOTIONS card, Credit card (Mastercard, VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS, Diners Club, Discover), PayPal, GooglePay, ApplePay, Postfinance, iDEAL | Wero and Bancontact.

*Please note that for special offers (restricted rate) and bookings made at short notice (three days or less prior to arrival), payment is required at the time of booking.
 

The accommodation at Europa-Park Tipi Town is available from 3.30pm. Check-out is at 11am on the day of departure.
 

The noise curfew at Europa-Park Tipi Town begins at midnight.

Dear guests, we kindly ask for your understanding that on the days of the street festival organised by the community of Rust (04.09. until 06.09.2026) and the youth football tournament (04.06. until 07.06.2026), quiet hours cannot be guaranteed.

All accommodation at Europa-Park Tipi Town has a light, a power socket and WiFi. The mattresses have bed linen and a pillow is provided. All accommodation is heated.

Electrical equipment: Due to safety reasons we kindly ask you to refrain from using electrical equipment (except small devices such as chargers, beard trimmers). Should you need to use electrical equipment, please contact our team at reception before doing so.

The Western Houses, Covered Wagons and Log Cabins at Europa-Park Tipi Town are equipped with bunk beds. 
For safety reasons, children must be a minimum age of 6 years to sleep in the upper bunk bed. There is no age limit for the lower bed. Children aged under 6 sleep in the upper bed at their own risk. 
 

Yes, bicycle parking is available at Silver Lake City.

Yes, there is a washing machine and dryer available in the Silver Lake City utility room, which can be used for a fee of €3 each.

 The modern facilities at Europa-Park Tipi Town are located in a separate building on site.

No, unfortunately towels or sleeping bags are not available for rent at Europa-Park Tipi Town.

The covered wagons and tipi tents cannot be locked, but the wooden covered wagons, comfort wooden covered wagons, log cabin rooms, Western Houses and the Honeymoon Suite can.

 A luggage room is available at Europa-Park Tipi Town. The key can be collected from the reception desk at Silver Lake City. There are also a large number of lockers on the premises.

Yes, the paths in Europa-Park Tipi Town are wheelchair accessible. Sanitary facilities for guests with disabilities are also available.

Pets are allowed at Europa-Park Tipi Town with prior booking and at a charge of €13.00¹/day (no food included). Pets are not allowed in the catering areas.

You will need your own charging cable to charge your electric car.

With direct payment (scanning the QR code at the station and paying online), billing is handled directly by the station operator. The current price is displayed transparently, and no blocking fees are charged. If you pay with your charging card, billing is always handled by the charging card provider. This means that the costs and any blocking fees depend on the charging cards or charging card providers.

Stays at Europa-Park Tipi Town can be changed, converted into a voucher (print@home) or cancelled up to three days prior to arrival. The statutory cancellation periods apply. Excluded are restricted rates, event tickets, group rates and New Year's Eve packages. To the online form

If you have booked your holiday through a travel agent, they will be your point of contact. 

For a refreshing dip, we recommend the natural swimming lake in the community of Rust, which is only a 10-minute walk away. Leave Tipi Town in the direction of the sports field. There, turn left and follow the road.
Guests of the Honeymoon Suite and the Western Houses also have the option of using the pool at the 'Krønasår' hotel. For a particularly relaxing swimming experience, we recommend visiting before 3pm. A free transfer to the hotel is available with the regular Rust bus service between 8am and 10.30pm, running approximately every 30 minutes (see timetable). Please note: Access is to the pool area only. The sauna and fitness area are not included.
