• Rebooking and cancellation policy:
  In the event of cancellation, rebooking or shortening of the stay, a flat-rate processing fee of €50.00 will be charged up to 29 days prior to arrival. No rebooking is possible after this date. From 28 to 3 days prior to arrival, a cancellation fee of 50% of the first night’s room rate will apply. Tickets and other add-ons can generally be cancelled without charge. Cancellations received 2 days or less prior to arrival will incur a charge of 80% of the first night’s room rate. Booked add-ons will also be charged at 80%.

How are dates and prices calculated?

The Europa-Park Silver Lake City utilises the instrument of simple price and capacity control.This can lead to short-term last-minute offers. Regarding existing bookings, these may only be partially rebooked to such short-term offers, taking into account the applicablecancellation and booking conditions applicable for reservations.If a transfer to a short-term offer is not possible, we ask for your understanding.Other instances where you may encounter this type of handling are, for example, when purchasing a plane or train ticket or when booking a package holiday. Likewise, many hotels now operate according to this principle and it is no longer uncommon that you receive different prices for two identical requests for a travel period.
