• Between 7 and 10am: Plentiful breakfast buffet

• At Ammolite – House of Light:
  From 6.15pm: Aperitif with a glass of Champagne
  At 7pm: 8-course gala menu, including corresponding wines, water, coffee/tea
• Midnight: With a sparkling glass of Champagne in hand, we’ll toast together 
  and welcome the NEW YEAR 2027
• A culinary midnight snack will follow in the restaurants Harborside and Captain's Finest. Afterwards, before the New Year’s Eve party really gets into full swing at the Spirit of St. Louis bar.

• New Year's Day breakfast & lunch in the restaurants
  Sparkling wine selected by sommelier Vincenzo de Biase, as well as coffee, tea and non-alcoholic soft drinks, are included.

• 'CHEERS NEW YEAR BUFFET' in our restaurants Harborside and Captain’s Finest
  The culinary journey with many highlights. Corresponding white and red wines from the wine cellar of sommelier Vincenzo De Biase, beer and non-alcoholic beverages round off the evening and are included.
