The most important questions
When can I check in to the hotel?
If you are staying at one of the Europa-Park Hotels, you can arrive in the morning and enjoy VIP entry to Rulantica. You can check into your room from 3.30pm onwards. Until then, you can leave your luggage in the luggage room.
When can I visit Rulantica?
You can visit Rulantica at any time during your stay, from the day of arrival up to and including the day of departure. Collect your tickets from the Guest Relations desk in the Rulantica lobby.
Where is the provided childcare?
Childcare is provided at the TALENT ACADEMY Europa-Park. The venue has been lovingly prepared to make your children feel at home, so you can relax and enjoy your time here, safe in the knowledge that they are in good hands.
What is the upper age limit for childcare?
The childcare service is for children aged 0 – 4 years.
At which restaurant will lunch and dinner be served?
Lunch will be served at the Harborside restaurant in hotel 'Bell Rock'.
For dinner, treat yourself to our international cuisine at the following buffet restaurants: Mediterranean flair at Restaurant Castillo in hotel 'Castillo Alcazar', or Nordic cosiness at Bubba Svens restaurant in hotel ‘Krønasår'.
