Zumba® and Zumba® Gold

Zumba® – a combination of aerobics and dance, a fantastic workout to Latin American rhythms. Zumba® Gold has been developed for participants who may be older or of limited capability or flexibility – e.g. following an operation.

Zumba®: Monday from 6.30 to 7.30pm

Zumba®: Friday from 5.30 to 6.30pm

Yoga involves a combination of demanding physical exercises while developing a strong inner focus. Originally from India, this discipline requires both physical exertion and mental concentration. (please bring a towel and a thin blanket)

Beginner. Advanced. Everybody. An effective and challenging training focusing on tummy, thighs, and bum to strengthen, tighten, and stretch your most self-conscious areas.

Spinal Exercise & Relaxation

Exercises for the mobilisation, stability, and flexibility of your spine and to strengthen your back muscles with relaxation afterwards.

Indoor cycling

In indoor cycling you really rev up on a stationary bicycle, alongside fellow cyclists, building up to and maintaining a fast heart rate. You can ride sitting or 'standing flat' (also known as 'running') as you synchronise your pedalling to the rhythm of music carefully selected by your instructor. Each cyclist chooses the degree of resistance on their bike’s flywheel themselves. This way, people with different levels of fitness can train together – and even beginners can easily keep up. Each hour begins with a warm-up and ends with a cool-down, followed by a brief routine of stretching exercises.

Thursday from 7 to 8pm

Functional Flow

Functional Flow trains strength, heart, circulation, and breathing in a gentle manner. It is a gentle body workout that encourages you to feel and appreciate your body with calm, moving, and static exercises. Tensions in body and mind will be relieved. This full body training combines breathing techniques, strengthening exercises, coordination, and stretching. Each participant naturally feels how the training responds to their individual needs.

Jogging and Nordic walking in the River Rhine area

Whether you prefer jogging or Nordic walking – at Europa-Park you will find just the right route. Recommended jogging routes and different Nordic walking tracks guide you through the beautiful ‘Taubergießen’ nature reserve. Beautiful landscapes await! You get a map with details about the different routes (3 to 13km) on site. Nordic walking sticks can be borrowed free of charge at the reception desks.
