FAQ Riverside Western Lodge

Tickets for Europa-Park, for Rulantica and for Eatrenalin are not automatically included in the room rates. There are selected offers that include tickets for Europa-Park, Rulantica and / or Eatrenalin. In these cases it will be explicitly pointed out. In the first step of the online booking, an overnight stay in the Europa-Park Riverside Western Lodge is displayed. In a further step, the various admission tickets can be added.

Every overnight guest who has reserved tickets in combination with an overnight stay can check in online from 6am on the day of arrival and access the mobile tickets in the Europa-Park Hotels App. The reservation must be paid in full and the pre-registration must be completed. After online check-in and accessing the mobile tickets, it is not necessary to check in at the reception. The mobile tickets can be used immediately. If you are unable to use them, you will receive your tickets at the reception on the day of your arrival. This means that before you go to Europa-Park, Rulantica or Eatrenalin, please go to the reception. You will receive your tickets upon presentation of your booking confirmation.

In combination with a stay at Silver Lake City, you will always benefit from the cheapest entry price for Europa-Park and Rulantica. In order to secure this advantage, we recommend booking the tickets directly when you book your stay. You don't have to define the Europa-Park visiting day when you book, but can instead choose freely during your stay. Generally speaking, a multi-day ticket is cheaper than buying individual one-day tickets. Please note: Capacity is limited – admission to the water world Rulantica can only be granted if a day-specific ticket has been booked online in advance.

This, too, is possible online!

Simply book one room after another. You can book another room straight after each finalised booking. All bookings will be connected to each other if you are using the same account for all of them, or if you add a note during the booking process.

Only rarely are rooms requested for identical bookings, such as 5 double rooms. However, Europa-Park overnight guests are given the greatest possible flexibility when booking a room. Therefore, every reservation can be individualised to a great extent - from the room to the tickets for Europa-Park as well as Rulantica, and much more. To ensure that this process does not become too complex and to make it easy to find your way through the booking process, booking several rooms can only be done consecutively.

You already know that you need an extra bed or baby cot and/or would like to bring your dog/pet? Please let us know this information directly when booking. This way you can speed up the check-in process and we are able to accommodate your wishes in advance. The provision of an extra bed is possible in rooms with up to 4 persons.

After you have selected the desired rate in your booking, you can add further information under Extras.

The water park is open daily from 9.30am to 10pm (except 24/25 December). You can take the Rust bus to Rulantica. It departs daily, every 30 minutes from 8am to 10.30pm on its route through Rust (see timetable).

Alternatively, if you have booked your Rulantica ticket in conjunction with your stay at Silver Lake City, you can park your car free of charge in the Rulantica car park. Please keep your Rulantica admission ticket safe. This entitles you to park in the Rulantica car park free of charge on the day of your visit and opens the exit barrier. You can find more information at rulantica.com.

You are welcome to arrive in the morning. We have a luggage room for use until your room is ready for you from 3.30pm.

You are welcome to check in after Europa-Park has closed for the day. Here you have various options:

You can collect your admission tickets to Europa-Park at the reception on arrival and store your luggage in the luggage room. Your room will be ready for you from 3.30pm. You can either check in then, or at a later time. We can also send you a text message as soon as your room is ready.

For further information, please speak to our staff at reception. Reception is occupied 24 hours a day. Should you arrive after 6pm, or would like to check in during the evening, please inform us by calling +49 7822 860-6740.

For safety reasons, children must be a minimum age of 6 years to sleep in the upper bunk bed. There is no age limit for the lower bed. Children aged under 6 sleep in the upper bed at their own risk.

For a refreshing dip, we recommend the natural swimming lake in the community of Rust, which is only a 10-minute walk away. Leave Silver Lake City in the direction of the sports field. There, turn left and follow the road.
Guests of the Riverside Western Lodge also have the option of using the pool at the 'Krønasår' hotel. For a particularly relaxing swimming experience, we recommend visiting before 3pm. A free transfer to the hotel is available with the regular Rust bus service between 8am and 10.30pm, running approximately every 30 minutes (see timetable). Please note: Access is to the pool area only. The sauna and fitness area are not included.

Use the charging facilities to recharge your electric car in Silver Lake City.

You will need your own charging cable to charge your electric car.

With direct payment (scanning the QR code at the station and paying online), billing is handled directly by the station operator. The current price is displayed transparently, and no blocking fees are charged. If you pay with your charging card, billing is always handled by the charging card provider. This means that the costs and any blocking fees depend on the charging cards or charging card providers.

Yes, bicycle parking is available.

Pets are allowed in the Riverside Western Lodge with prior booking and at a charge of €13.00¹/day (no food included). Pets are not allowed in the catering areas.

The luggage room is available to all guests. 

Generally, full payment must be made at least four days prior to arrival*. If you do not wish to pay at the time of booking, a credit card is required as a guarantee.

If the Riverside Western Lodge has not received full payment for your booking four days prior to arrival, your booking will be charged to your credit card as a security deposit. Payment can then be made on site using an alternative method of payment (Chèque Vacances, EC card, voucher or cash) or by bank transfer. In the case of bank transfer, payment will only be authorised if it is received at least 14 days before arrival. The credit card authorisation will be cancelled after payment has been made on arrival using an alternative method of payment. If neither payment nor a valid credit card is received three days prior to arrival, the Riverside Western Lodge reserve the right to cancel the reservation.

The following payment methods are accepted for bookings: EMOTIONS card, Credit card (Mastercard, VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS, Diners Club, Discover), PayPal, GooglePay, ApplePay, Postfinance, iDeal and Bancontact.

*Please note that for special offers (restricted rate) and bookings made at short notice (three days or less prior to arrival), payment is required at the time of booking. 

The booking can be changed, exchanged for a voucher (print @ home), or cancelled up to three days prior to your visit. The statutory limitation periods shall apply. Restricted rates (i.e. promotional rates, limited edition), group rates and hotel New Year's packages are excluded from this regulation. To the online form.

• You don’t have to book a table for breakfast. Please ensure you bring your room pass/digital room key.
• We recommend you make dinner reservations. For table reservations please call +49 7822 860-5922 or email guestrelations.resort@europapark.de. You can also book tables online on europapark.de/table-reservation, or via Europa-Park hotels app.
• Table reservations at the bars are not possible.

The BBQ areas are available for all overnight guests of Silver Lake City and can’t be booked. You can purchase a BBQ package in advance on our homepage.
