Special rates for guests with disabilities

In combination with an overnight stay, you always benefit from the Best Price Guarantee, flexible cancellation conditions and earlier admission to the water world.

Special rates for guests with disabilities aged 4 to 15 year
  • The special rate is granted on presentation of a valid disabled pass.
  • Tickets for guests with disabilities aged 4 to 15 are only available on site at the Guest Relation in the Rulantica lobby and at the receptions of the Europa-Park hotels and Silver Lake City. (It is possible to reserve tickets in advance by telephone in combination with a stay at the hotels or in the Silver Lake City.)
  • For guests with disabilities aged 4 to 15, one adult companion receives free admission on the day, regardless of which symbol is noted in the severely disabled person's ID of the guest with a disability.
  • Please book tickets for additional accompanying persons in advance at tickets.rulantica.de or get the best price in combination with an overnight stay at europapark.de/reservation.
  • If there is no more availability on the day, admission of guests with disabilities can still be guaranteed as long as the accompanying persons have tickets booked in advance.

We are committed to making as many themed settings and attractions accessible as possible.
Trølldal, Surf Fjørd and the lazy river Snorri's Saga are designed with an entry at ground level, which can also be accessed by water wheelchairs (accompanying adult is recommended).

The Technical Advisory Authority (TÜV), and the manufacturers of the water slides provide requirements and abilities that need to be present in order to be allowed to use the attraction.

As your safety is our top priority, we would like to provide you with information about the requirements of the respective attractions.

Wheelchair rental

We have several water wheelchairs available to rent for free. Your own wheelchair can be stored in a wheelchair locker during your visit. Our water wheelchairs are suitable for driving on the paths as well as entering the swimming pools in Rulantica (depending on personal capabilities). In order to be able to use the wheelchairs safely, we recommend an accompanying adult. If you are interested in a water wheelchair, please speak to a member of staff in the entrance area.

The number of wheelchairs are limited and it could therefore happen that all wheelchairs are occupied. A reservation in advance is not possible. 

Accessible paths

A majority of the areas and paths that go through Rulantica are easily accessible. Lifts link the different levels, allowing access to the reception area as well as the gastronomy and shopping areas.

Toilets and changing rooms

Toilets for guests with disabilities are located in the lobby by the entrance of Rulantica, on the right hand side of the Lumålunda restaurant and in the outdoor area. Additionally, there are special showers and changing rooms with spacial doors and handles.

Parking space

There are marked parking spaces for guests with disabilities in the front area of the visitor car park, who have a blue disabled parking permit. Please place your parking permit so that it is easily visible.
Guests with the 'aG' or 'BI' mark on their disability ID receive a free parking ticket at the entrance to Rulantica.
