In the exclusive relaxation and sauna area Hyggedal

Soothing relaxation awaits you in our exclusive relaxation and sauna area Hyggedal. On more than 1,000m², above the Lumålunda restaurant, you will find a Nordic oasis of well-being with a fantastic view over the water world. Enjoy varied infusions and an extensive pampering programme in our three textile-free saunas every day.
Visits to our saunas are permitted from the age of 18, the relaxation area may be used from the age of 12. Please note that Hyggedal is an exclusive area and can only be visited for an additional charge.

KOTA Sauna Chalet

KOTA Sauna Chalet

The rustic KOTA Sauna Chalet on the outdoor terrace of Hyggedal is a particularly cosy place to sweat with an ice-cold wheat beer! Equipped with a sauna stove, rustic tables and seating, the cosy room invites you to enjoy a textile-free sauna in a friendly atmosphere.

Sauna 'lille'

The textile-free daylight sauna 'lille' invites you to unwind in a cosy wooden ambience. A variety of wellness treatments, such as peelings and face masks, provide first-class relaxation.

The textile-free steam bath in Hyggedal, directly opposite the KOTA Sauna Chalet, offers a special feel-good experience: the 10m² Damp Huset with its Nordic, hygge ambience invites you to linger and enjoy. Here you can immerse yourself in a gentle cloud of steam and enjoy a variety of wellness treatments.

Treat yourself to a soothing massage during your stay in the water world! Whether it's a relaxing back massage (duration: 25 minutes, price: €48.00¹) or a wonderful full body massage (duration: 50 minutes, price: €75.00¹) - deep relaxation is guaranteed here.

You can book your massage appointment on site at the reception of the Hyggedal relaxation and sauna area (subject to availability).

If you need a short break between all the water fun, you can make yourself comfortable on one of our numerous loungers and beach chairs, which can be found throughout the water world. Use of the sunbathing areas is free of charge. However, the permanent reservation of sunbeds is not permitted. If you are looking for a little more peace and exclusivity, our Komfort offers are the right choice: book the right offer, which is then reserved exclusively for you for the whole day, in addition to your ticket.
