Booking periods
The tickets are available in the ticket shop 90 days prior to the planned visit at the earliest.
You are able to book tickets in combination with an overnight stay at the Europa-Park Resort far in advance using the hotel booking process or by using an undated voucher ticket, which must later be dated and activated in the ticket shop.
Small children (aged 0 to 3)
No ticket is needed for children aged up to and including 3 years old.
Free tickets, voucher tickets and tickets from previous seasons
Tickets without a specific date must be dated before visiting at europapark.de/exchange.
If the tickets are not dated at admissions check, entry to the water world cannot be guaranteed. A service fee of €6¹ per ticket applies to for subsequent on-site dating.

Each ticket is only valid for the reserved day. If it is not used, it will become invalid.
Admission tickets to Europa-Park do not entitle you to enter the water world.
Please note that after leaving Rulantica, you will not be able to re-enter. Under exceptional circumstances, please contact a member of staff in the lobby area before leaving Rulantica.
Free entry for birthday children
until 12 years
On their birthday, children up to and including 12 years of age can visit the water world for free. They simply need to show their ID at the entrance, and it's on to the water fun! (Birthday children do not need a valid ticket - just their ID)
Please note that accompanying guests need to buy a ticket for the water world online in advance to guarantee entry, as the capacity in Rulantica is limited.
