Attractive accommodation

Silver Lake City, with its tipi tents and log cabin rooms in Tipi Town, offers an affordable way to extend your trip! Barbecue and campfire facilities as well as a beach volleyball court complete the entertainment offer. Alternatively, you can also stay overnight in your own tent or caravan at the neighbouring Europa-Park Camping and Europa-Park Caravaning.

Change number of people at short notice

The number of people can be changed up to the day of the visit (subject to availability). Payment is made on site and only for the number of tickets required.

Special school group menu at a fair price

The Lumålunda restaurant offers a special student menu. This includes a choice of a pizza or pasta, a 0.2l high C drink and an apple and is offered at a price of €9.80¹. You can specify the number of student meals you require when making your request. 

Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, food and glass bottles cannot be taken into the water world. These must be left in the locker and can be consumed in the lobby (Kelpie Café).

Good transport links - by bus and train

We are connected to the public transport network. The Ringsheim/Europa-Park train stop is only a few minutes away, from where the Europa-Park and Rulantica bus (line 7231/7200) will take you directly to the water world (note: groups of 10 or more people should register in good time - preferably by email to freiburg.suedbadenbus@deutschebahn.com). If you arrive with your own coach, free coach parking is available on site.

Snorri Slide Badge

The whole class can learn the most important sliding and bathing rules from our sliding professionals in a playful way. The Snorri slide badge is aimed at children aged 4 to 11 and can be taken daily.

Exclusive Rulantica day tickets (from 9am until 10pm) for school groups from 10 students.

Regular ticket prices are applicable for groups of under 10 students.

  • The school class price is only valid for official primary and secondary school excursions and must be accompanied by a school document presented at Guest Relations in Rulantica (on the ground floor on the left).
  • The tickets for the whole school class need to be collected from Guest Relations in Rulantica by the responsible teacher on the day of arrival. The tickets and any additional services booked must be paid for on site by cash, debit or credit card.
  • Additional accompanying adults pay the regular group ticket price, while bus drivers receive free admission to Rulantica on presentation of their driving licence.
  • The reduced price is only valid if the whole group attends Rulantica on the planned visiting day. Please note our Terms and Conditions.
  • If the school group can no longer visit on the booked date, the responsible teacher must cancel as soon as possible.

Please note that your request is only bindingly booked after our confirmation. Capacity is limited, so we may not be able to successfully confirm all requests.

Rulantica is open daily from 9.30am to 10pm (please note the current closing times and changed opening times). Check-in for school groups from 9am.

Package offers including overnight stay in the Silver Lake City

The cost-efficient accommodation option for school groups!

Accommodation: Teepee or log cabin

  • Quaint log cabins, with bedrooms for 4, 6, 12 or 16, mostly equipped with bunk beds as well as heating, light, power connection, lockers and lockable rooms
  • Teepees for 4, 6 and 12, with covered mattresses on slatted frames as well as floor heating, light and power connection

Prices

  • School groups stay overnight from €110.00¹ per 4-bed accommodation
  • For every 10 students who purchase a ticket for Rulantica during their stay, one teacher receives free entry to Rulantica. Furthermore, one teacher receives a free breakfast for every 10 students who stay overnight.

  • Overnight stay price: €7.50/night¹ per child aged 4-11

To group inquiries

The price does not include breakfast. The school class price applies exclusively to official excursions by primary and secondary schools in combination with the presentation of a school certificate. The school class rate is not valid for arrivals in August and October and all year round for the nights from Friday to Saturday and from Saturday to Sunday.

Payment and access with the Rula-Band

You’ll be a given a transponder wristband (‘Rula band’), which you can use to pay in place of cash. Services you buy during your visit will be scanned onto your Rula band and paid for when you leave Rulantica. The wristband is also used to access the park and as your locker key. Please note that the Rula band has a default credit limit of €150. If you want to change the credit limit, please speak to staff in the entrance area.
