Good transport links - by bus and train

We are connected to the public transport network. The Ringsheim/Europa-Park train stop is only a few minutes away, from where the Europa-Park and Rulantica bus (line 7231/7200) will take you directly to the water world (note: groups of 10 or more people should register in good time - preferably by email to freiburg.suedbadenbus@deutschebahn.com). If you arrive with your own coach, free coach parking is available on site.

Snorri Slide Badge

The whole class can learn the most important sliding and bathing rules from our sliding professionals in a playful way. The Snorri slide badge is aimed at children aged 4 to 11 and can be taken daily.

Regular ticket prices are applicable for groups of under 10 students.

Booking & enquiry

Please use the contact form below to send us your non-binding booking request for your group. We will then contact you and confirm the request. Please note that your request is only bindingly booked after our confirmation. Capacity is limited, so we may not be able to successfully confirm all requests.

Rulantica is open daily from 9.30am to 10pm (please note the current closing times and changed opening times). Check-in for school groups from 9am.

Combo offers with overnight stay at the Camp Resort

The cost-efficient accommodation option for school groups!

Accommodation: Teepee or log cabin

  • Quaint log cabins, with bedrooms for 4, 6, 12 or 16, mostly equipped with bunk beds as well as heating, light, power connection, lockers and lockable rooms
  • Teepees for 4, 6 and 12, with covered mattresses on slatted frames as well as floor heating, light and power connection

Prices

  • School groups stay overnight from €104.00¹ per 4-bed accommodation
  • For every 10 students who purchase a ticket for Rulantica during their stay, one teacher receives free entry to Rulantica. Furthermore, one teacher receives a free breakfast for every 10 students who stay overnight.

Accommodation: In your own tent

  • Overnight stay price: €7.00/night¹ per child aged 4-11

To group inquiries

The price does not include breakfast. The school class price applies exclusively to official excursions by primary and secondary schools in combination with the presentation of a school certificate. The school class rate is not valid for arrivals in August and October and all year round for the nights from Friday to Saturday and from Saturday to Sunday.

Important notice:

 The school classes price is only valid for official excursions of primary and secondary schools. An official note from the headmaster must be presented at the Guest Relation on the visiting day. 
The tickets for the whole class need to be collected from the Guest Relation in Rulantica by the responsible teacher on the day of arrival.
Tickets and any additional booked services booked should be paid for in Rulantica by cash, debit or credit card when picking up the tickets.

Bus drivers receive free entry to Rulantica upon presentation of their tour group arrival form.

 The reduced price is only valid if the whole group attends Rulantica on the planned visiting day. Please note our Terms and Conditions. 
If the school group can no longer visit on the booked date, the responsible teacher must cancel as soon as possible.

 For hygiene reasons, food may not be taken into the water world but must be stored in a locker during your visit and may be eaten in areas such as the lobby (Kelpie Café). Drinks may, with one exception, be taken into the water world: glass bottles are not allowed for reasons of safety and must be kept in lockers. The restaurant Lumålunda offers a special student menu for €6.90¹ per student (from 23.03.2024: €8.90¹ per student). This includes a pizza or pasta of choice, a 0.5 l Freestyle drink as well as one apple. You can simply let us know the preferred number of student menus in your request form.

 You’ll be a given a transponder wristband (‘Rula band’), which you can use to pay in place of cash. Services you buy during your visit will be scanned onto your Rula band and paid for when you leave Rulantica. The wristband is also used to access the park and as your locker key. Please note that the Rula band has a default credit limit of €150. If you want to change the credit limit, please speak to staff in the entrance area.
