Step 1: Arrive & dive in
The experience begins as soon as you arrive: show your tickets at the check-in counter and receive your RulaBand. Once you have put it on, it will accompany you throughout your day of water fun.
Step 2: Experience, discover, enjoy
Whether turnstiles, lockers or snacks: your RulaBand does it all. Simply hold it up to the scanners and immerse yourself in unforgettable experiences. No more searching for keys or your wallet – you have everything right on your wrist.

Whether it's admission, shopping or experiences: wherever you see this symbol, you can conveniently use your RulaBand – simply scan it and continue your water adventure.
Step 3: Relaxed check-out
Before leaving the water world, conveniently pay your RulaPay balance for the services used in the water world at one of the machines or at the check-out counter. One last scan – and your day at Rulantica comes to a relaxed end.

The RulaBand in detail
The RulaBand is your multifunctional companion for admission, lockers and payment – all right on your wrist.
How do I get my RulaBand?
You'll receive your RulaBand on the day of your visit upon presentation of your ticket at the Rulantica check-in desks.
If you are staying at the 4* superior hotel ‘Krønasår’, you will be given the RulaBand at the hotel reception on the day of your visit.
You will keep your RulaBand for the entire duration of your visit and must return it at the turnstile when you leave the water world.
What if I lose my RulaBand?
If you lose your RulaBand, please contact a member of the Guest Relations team in the water world or at the entrance immediately. We will be happy to help you there.

Is the RulaBand waterproof?
Yes, the RulaBand is completely waterproof and must be worn at all times during your visit – whether in the pool, on the slides or at other water attractions. It is specially designed for use in the Rulantica water world and must be presented on request.
RulaKey
Access & lockers
Simply hold your RulaBand with the relevant access authorisations up to the RulaKey scanners at the turnstiles and you can start exploring the world of Rulantica.
Selected comfort offers can be used directly via the RulaBand. Whether VIP Svits, Svits, Hygge Supreme Hydda or the VIP yachts: instead of traditional keys, you can use the practical scanners next to the doors – one touch is all it takes to enter your private retreat.
What is RulaKey?
RulaKey is your personal key to many extras in Rulantica – integrated directly into the RulaBand. You can use it to open your locker, pass through turnstiles and, with the appropriate authorisation, access your booked komfort offers or the Hyggedal sauna and wellness area (subject to a surcharge). Simply scan your wristband and off you go!
How does admission with the RulaBand work?
At check-in, your ticket is exchanged for your personal RulaBand — your key to the water world. It comes pre-activated with the RulaKey function, so entering Rulantica is quick and easy. Just hold your RulaBand up to the RulaKey scanner at the turnstile, and your adventure begins!
Can I use the RulaBand for my locker?
Yes, your RulaBand opens and closes your locker simply by scanning it. Use costs €1 per day and can be booked directly when purchasing your ticket, at check-in or at the terminals in the changing area. For adult overnight guests of the Europa-Park Resort, the locker is automatically included if the ticket was booked together with the overnight stay.
Choose any available locker, place your belongings inside, and lock it using your RulaBand. You may open and close the locker at any time during your visit.
RulaPay
Payment & credit
The RulaPay function on your RulaBand makes your visit even more convenient: pay for food, drinks or souvenirs easily and cash-free – directly from your wrist. Hold your band up to the RulaPay terminals and enjoy your day – without having to carry cash or cards.
How can I pay with the RulaBand?
The integrated RulaPay function makes paying at Rulantica water world particularly easy. If you would like to order something in the restaurants or shops, simply hold your RulaBand up to the RulaPay scanner at the respective point of sale. The amount will then be charged directly to your RulaBand. At the end of your visit, you can conveniently pay the amount accumulated throughout the day at one of the payment machines or at the check-out counter in front of the exit. You can only leave the water world once the outstanding amount has been paid in full.
Where can I pay with RulaPay?
RulaPay is available in all restaurants and shops within Rulantica.
You can also use your RulaBand to pay for special offers such as Snorri Snorkling VR or souvenir photos from RulaSnap.
Is there a spending limit with RulaPay?
The standard RulaPay limit is €150.
Children aged 4 to 11 receive a blue RulaBand, which has a RulaPay limit of €35. Children aged 12 to 17 receive a black RulaBand, which also has a RulaPay limit of €35.
If a lower limit is desired, this can be easily adjusted individually at check-in or by the Guest Relations staff on site.
Once the set amount has been reached, simply pay it on site – after that, the RulaBand will be available again as usual.
How can I check my current RulaPay balance?
To help you keep track of your spending, you can check your RulaPay balance at any time by asking a member of the Guest Relations team.
Can I top up my RulaPay credit in advance?
It is not necessary or possible to top up your RulaPay credit in advance. All purchases within the water world are recorded directly via your RulaBand. The total amount is only paid at the end of your visit – at one of the payment machines or at the check-out counters in front of the exit. It is also possible to settle multiple RulaBands at once.
RulaSnap
Photo service / action photo
With the RulaSnap feature on your RulaBand, you can easily capture your best moments: simply scan your RulaBand at selected slides and your action photo will automatically be saved to your RulaBand.

What is RulaSnap?
RulaSnap is the exclusive photo service at the Rulantica water world, allowing you to capture your most unforgettable moments on the slides. Whether action-packed, funny or just plain cool – RulaSnap ensures that you can take your Rulantica highlights home with you as a personal souvenir.
Where can I use RulaSnap?
RulaSnap is currently available on the Dugdrob and Vildfål freefall slides in Rangnakor and the Schabernakker children's slide in Trølldal.
How do I use RulaSnap?
Using RulaSnap is very easy: before you start your slide, hold your RulaBand up to the RulaSnap scanner installed at the entrance to the slide. Then it's time to slide, laugh and pose!
At the exit of the slide, you can view your photo on a screen and link it directly to your personal RulaBand with another scan. When you leave the water world, you can purchase your RulaSnap photo at one of the RulaSnap machines in the exit area – as a special souvenir to take home or as a digital reminder of a great day at Rulantica.
