Scandinavian Sauna Week

From 18 to 27 September 2026, Hyggedal is hosting its Scandinavian Sauna Week. Guests aged 16+ can look forward to a varied programme in the sauna and wellness area of the Rulantica water world, featuring Nordic-inspired infusions, treatments and soothing rituals.

In the 'stor' sauna, themed infusions promote a genuine sense of well-being. At the 'KOTA Sauna Chalet', the programme includes, amongst other things, a beer infusion, the Viking infusion with mead, and the Wenik infusion with soaked birch twigs.

In the 'Damp Huset' steam room, cold water and fan treatments aid recovery. The range of treatments is complemented by various salt or sugar scrubs, as well as refreshing seaweed and chocolate face masks.

The 'lille' sauna offers pure relaxation with incense and singing bowl ceremonies. Afterwards, cosy loungers or optional 'hygge' sofas (bookable separately) with views over the water world invite you to linger.

The Hyggedal sauna masters are once again being supported by Pure Nature Oil. Professional guest sauna attendants ensure a special sauna experience, and at the information point, guests can learn interesting facts about natural sauna bathing. The entire programme is included in the Hyggedal Rulantica ticket.

A special highlight awaits guests every day from 5 to 10pm: for the first time, a Rulantica DJ will be transforming the outdoor terrace into the perfect spot for a sundowner with some chilled-out beats.
