The health and safety of our guests and employees have always been our highest priority. It is our goal that you continue to feel safe and comfortable when visiting us. We have therefore introduced some new changes and special measures. In order for you to be perfectly prepared for your visit to our themed hotels, the Camp Resort, the Europa-Park Camping, the Wellness & Spa areas, as well as the Europa-Park Talent Academy, we would like to introduce those in the following.

Current entry and arrival restrictions
Guests are also urged to behave in accordance with the latest regulations and to only stay at the Europa-Park Hotel Resort if they are in good health. In case a guest was in contact with a SARS-CoV-2 infected person within the past 14 days or had symptoms of a respiratory infection or high temperature a stay at the hotel is unfortunately not possible.
For overnight guests who travel from a European High Risk Area or have their permanent residence there, the Europa-Park Hotel Resort is obliged to request a negative Corona test. This test cannot be older than 48 hours at the time of entering the Federal Republic of Germany, and must keep that test for at least 14 days from the time of entry. If no negative test can be produced the Europa-Park Hotel Resort is unfortunately not allowed accommodate foreign guests. Guests who want to travel to the Federal Republic of Germany from a European high-risk area must be able to present a negative Corona test when entering the country, according to the Corona regulation ‘Immigration Quarantine’ (Corona VO EQT). According to the so-called 24-hour rule of the state of Baden-Württemberg, all guests who come from a border region and stay for a maximum of 24 hours in Baden-Württemberg are excluded from this. These border regions include; in Austria the state of Vorarlberg, in the Principality of Liechtenstein the entire national territory, in Switzerland the cantons of Appenzell (Innerrhoden, Ausserrhoden), Aargau, Basel, Basel-Landschaft, Jura, Schaffhausen, Solothurn, St. Gallen, Thurgau and Zurich, and in France the departments of Bas-Rhin and Haute-Rhin. Have you already booked? Then we would like to first quickly bring the following information to your attention:
To maintain the limitation of the number of visitors, we have decided to offer date-specific tickets, instead of seasonal tickets. Tickets that have been purchased before 13.05.2020 need to be converted into date-specific tickets in advance, if these tickets have not been purchased, in combination with an overnight stay in our themed hotels, or the Camp Resort.
If you have booked tickets in combination with an overnight stay and have had those confirmed, you don't have to exchange those tickets in the ticket shop. You don't have to contact us either, and will receive your tickets on the day of arrival at the hotel reception. This applies to all ticket types that can be booked in combination with an overnight stay, for example, 1-day, 2-day, 3-day tickets, half-day tickets or evening tickets. You can choose your visiting days for Europa-Park during your stay on-site. A date doesn't need to be fixed in advance.
- No tickets yet: In case you have already booked your stay with us, but do not have tickets for Europa-Park yet, you can purchase these by calling +49 7822 860-0 (Sun-Fri from 8am until 8pm, Sat from 8am until 7pm).

It is currently mandatory to book a table for breakfast!
In order to do so, please choose the available restaurant in the hotel that you are staying in, or the Silver Lake Saloon for the Camp Resort. In regards to this, we currently cannot consider seating preferences. Please note that a visit to the restaurants for breakfast is only possible with a reservation. Please remember not to choose the date of arrival for the reservation, and to put the reservation under the same name as the hotel or Camp Resort booking.
A table booking is required for all other hotel restaurants as well!

Would you like to visit us and are you looking for the most important infos about your booking? Then you are at the right place.

Hygiene and safety regulations - For a healthy together
Along with the measures that apply throughout the Europa-Park Theme Park & Resort, we kindly ask you to pay attention to the following instructions for the Europa-Park hotels as well as the Camp Resort:
Please pay attention to the current entry and arrival restrictions.
The pool and sauna areas of the Europa-Park hotels are open exclusively for hotel guests for an extraordinary bathing operation with additional hygiene and safety measures in place. Only a limited number of people can currently visit the pool areas at any given time. We therefore ask you to limit the use of the pools to 60 minutes, so that other guests are also able to use them. Reservations are not possible.
The pool areas of the hotels 'Santa Isabel', 'Colosseo' and 'Bell Rock', as well as the childrens water playgrounds 'Campo del mare' and 'Pueblo del Agua' are open daily from 7am until 9pm.
The sauna areas of the Europa-Park hotels are open exclusively to our hotel guests as follows, taking into account special hygiene and safety measures:
The new fitness area at hotel 'Krønasår' is now open.
Only a limited number of guests can currently visit the fitness area at a time. We kindly ask you to limit the use of the fitness area to 60 minutes, so that as many guests as possible can use it.
The children's play areas at hotels 'Colosseo' and 'Bell Rock', 'Krønasår' and 'El Andaluz' are open to a limited number of children at a time. You can use the climbing areas and TVs. Due to current health and hygiene measures, toys aren't currently available.
Your accompanying persons
Contactless - We are keeping distance, but we are there for one another!
If you provided your email address while booking, you will receive an email with the latest information about your stay before your arrival. Please provide your email address (for example, if you have booked your room through a travel agency, or if the hotel or Camp Resort have no direct contact details for other reasons). Please send your email address along with your booking number, the arrival date and your name to Registration.Booking@europapark.de.
Hotel Shuttle Resort
As a hotel guest, you can of course also commute by car between the hotels and park for free on all hotel car parks. Guests of the Europa-Park hotels with a valid entrance ticket for Rulantica can likewise park free of charge at the Rulantica car park.

Did you have a reservation within the time period until 29.05.2020 and kept this according to our suggestions, and are you now waiting for an email notification?
First of all, we would like to thank you for keeping your reservation. Up until now, we have sent an update email to all guests who have added an email address with their booking. We have not yet contacted guests who have booked a package that isn't currently available or a stay in the low season. An update will follow as soon as we have further information regarding the low season.
The Europa-Park Camping is open.
We welcome all guests, whether with a caravan or a tent. Europa-Park Camping is open daily from 7am to 11pm in the summer season, during HALLOWinter and in the winter season (excl. 24th/25th December 2020).
Long-term camping is not possible. You can find the current day and night rates for the camp site at Europa-Park Camping.
Clubcard members can use the camp site at the regular day or night rates.

The parking spot can be freely chosen, prior reservation is not possible. The sanitary facilities are available under the hygiene regulations, with a reduced capacity. You can wash dishes without limitations.
As our overnight guest, you have the option to have breakfast in the Silver Lake Saloon, or to use the 'Bread Roll Service' at the Western Kiosk. Breakfast in the Silver Lake Saloon must be booked in advance online. To the table booking
Hygiene and safety regulations
- The house rules, hygiene and safety regulations, the distance rules by the state government, as well as the instructions by our employees apply.
- All guests must fill out a form for the documentation requirement as part of the Coronavirus pandemic. In preparation of your visit, please bring this form with you, printed and readily filled in. You will help our efforts to make your stay as contactless as possible and will improve the registration process upon arrival. Thank you!
- Persons from different households can socialise on the premises of Europa-Park Camping, according to the guidelines by the state government.

Due to the instructions provided by authorities, such as the distance rules as well as the maximum number of guests, a table booking for our restaurants is required.

The most important measures and regulations
- Keep a minimum distance of 1.5 metres from other people that do not belong to your group.
- Reserve your table in advance
- You must wear a mouth-nose mask to protect those around you. You can of course take off the mask at the table.
- Please pay contactless, whenever possible.
- For contact tracing purposes, we are required to keep your contact details. Please fill out the following form accordingly.

Europa-Park Talent Academy
The Europa-Park Talent Academy is open, in compliance with the guidelines and hygiene requirements provided by the state government of Baden-Württemberg.
