➤ Important information regarding already booked stays

Have you already booked? Then we would like to first quickly bring the following information to your attention:

Europa-Park tickets

To maintain the limitation of the number of visitors, we have decided to offer date-specific tickets, instead of seasonal tickets. Tickets that have been purchased before 13.05.2020 need to be converted into date-specific tickets in advance, if these tickets have not been purchased, in combination with an overnight stay in our themed hotels, or the Camp Resort.

If you have booked tickets in combination with an overnight stay and have had those confirmed, you don't have to exchange those tickets in the ticket shop. You don't have to contact us either, and will receive your tickets on the day of arrival at the hotel reception. This applies to all ticket types that can be booked in combination with an overnight stay, for example, 1-day, 2-day, 3-day tickets, half-day tickets or evening tickets. You can choose your visiting days for Europa-Park during your stay on-site. A date doesn't need to be fixed in advance.

  • No tickets yet: In case you have already booked your stay with us, but do not have tickets for Europa-Park yet, you can purchase these by calling +49 7822 860-0 (daily from 8am to 8pm).
  • Clubcard members: Information about the conditions for Clubcards can be found on the Europa-Park Club info page.

You can find information about the offering at Europa-Park and Rulantica as well as the hygiene and safety regulations that apply in the theme park on the respective Europa-Park and Rulantica info pages.

Breakfast

It is currently mandatory to book a table for breakfast!

In order to do so, please choose the available restaurant in the hotel that you are staying in, or the Silver Lake Saloon for the Camp Resort. In regards to this, we currently cannot consider seating preferences. Please note that a visit to the restaurants for breakfast is only possible with a reservation. Please remember not to choose the date of arrival for the reservation, and to put the reservation under the same name as the hotel or Camp Resort booking.

A table booking is required for all other hotel restaurants as well!
