Little tips for great adventures

Baby-Switch
If your child is too small to go on the ride, you can ride separately. One parent rides first and asks the staff about Baby Switch. You will then receive a Baby Switch pass so that your partner can ride the same ride without queueing. That way, your child never has to wait alone and you don't have to miss out. Please speak to our staff with your child in order to be able to use Baby Switch. Baby Switch is available at all attractions that you cannot ride with your child.

Buggies
A limited number of buggies are available to hire, for a small fee, at the Main Entrance and the park entrance of the resort hotels. Please note: these prams are only suitable for children who can sit up by themselves as lying down is not possible.

Cash Machines
Cash Machines are located at the Main Entrance, near the Information Office by the Lake, at the entrance to the Spanish Arena, next to the attracion Cassandra's Curse, and in hotels 'Krønasår', 'Bell Rock', 'Colosseo', 'Santa Isabel' and Camp Resort. Credit and debit cards are also widely accepted throughout the park.

3D Cinema
Each evening a selection of the latest movies are shown in the 4D Magic Cinema. Tickets are available at the Information Office at the Main Entrance and at all resort hotels. Selected movies are shown in 3D. (Please Note: Screenings are in German only). Visitors to the evening cinemas park in the regular car park and can use the cinema ticket as an exit ticket.

Dogs
Dogs are allowed into the park provided a leash is used. Excluded here are so-called listed dogs/fighting dogs. The dogs are not permitted to be brought along on riding attractions, nor in some catering establishments. A dog set is available for dog owners free of charge at the main entrance. There are also 15 dog water stations around the park.

Electric Vehicle Charging Station
E-Charging stand can be found near the Camp Resort and the Reserved Parking area.
There are two charging stations available for our hotel guests near the hotels 'Krønasår', 'Bell Rock', 'Colosseo', and 'El Andaluz' respectively. Simply contact the reception team so they may activate the station in advance (maximum parking time: 4 hours).

Please follow the operators' instructions.
