An ammolite is a rare gemstone. Many factors must come together to create it. This is exactly the case at 'Ammolite', the stylish fine dining restaurant on the ground floor of the Lighthouse. It is the result of a perfect fusion of ambience and atmosphere, variety and quality. Since November 2014, it has also been awarded two Michelin stars - the only restaurant in a theme park worldwide. Head chef Peter Hagen-Wiest's international cuisine is a delight for gourmets without losing its regional roots. The wine selection from restaurant managers Sascha Schmidt and Lisa-Marie Schmidt is the perfect accompaniment. We look forward to creating a place for special occasions with gourmet cuisine and a unique interior - for exceptional guests.
