Important information for your stay from A to Z – 'Bell Rock'

Adapters, chargers and international travel adapter: These can be borrowed from
reception at any time for a min. €20 refundable cash deposit.

Admission Tickets: Europa-Park or Rulantica admission tickets can be obtained at reception.
Unfortunately, we are unable to replace your admission tickets, for free, if you lose them, so please look after them! Alternatively, you can also use our online check-in via the Europa-Park Hotels App and simply download your admission tickets to your smartphone from 6am on the day of your arrival.

Air conditioning/heating: You can adjust the temperature by changing the circular dial. Pressing the fan symbol increases the air supply or switches it off. Please note that this setting returns to the ‘automatic setting’ after the electricity has been switched off via the button. The ventilation also has a heating function.

Allergies: We will be happy to provide hypoallergenic bed linen for your
room. All Standard Rooms in the hotel ‘Bell Rock’ are already equipped with
hypoallergenic bed linen. Please notify a member of staff on site of any food allergies or intolerances. Our trained kitchen staff will be happy to prepare a special meal or menu for you.

Baby equipment (high chair, changing mat, baby bath): Available on request. Please contact reception by 8pm [tel. + 49 (0) 7822 860-5911, internal number 5911].

Bathrobes: Bathrobes are available in the pool and sauna area on request. Children's bathrobes are available at reception. Please have a deposit of €20.00 in cash ready for this. On request, slippers are also available for adults and children at reception (for a fee).

Bible: If you would like to borrow a bible, please ask at reception.

Bicycle Hire: Discover the area around Europa-Park by bike. 
Bikes can be hired from reception at hotel ‘El Andaluz’ (for a fee). Helmets, locks, and tour maps are also available here.

Car Hire: We have an arrangement with our partner Sixt that allows you to
pick up and return rental cars from the Guest Relations desk in hotel ‘Colosseo’.

Cashpoint: You can withdraw cash with your debit or credit card at Europa-Park. A cashpoint is located here in the hotel lobby opposite the Guest Relations desk, in the lobbies of the ‘Colosseo’, ‘Santa Isabel’ and ‘Krønasår’ hotels, and in the Spanish and Greek themed areas, as well as at the main entrance and at the information office at the lake in Europa-Park. Cinema: The Europa-Park Magic Cinema shows the latest films on one of the biggest
screens in southern Germany. Look forward to a great cinematic experience! Cinema
listings and tickets are available at the reception [tel. + 49 (0) 7822 860- 5914,
internal number 5914]. (Films screened in German).

Check-Out/Departure: On the day of your departure, please vacate your hotel room at reception by 11am at the latest or in the evening before your departure. We recommend using the mobile check-out via the Europa-Park Hotels App. That way you won't lose time during your departure. If you have received a room card at reception, please use one of our return boxes at the hotel reception or in front of lifts 1 and 2 on the ground floor to return your card. You can store your luggage in the luggage room for free. You can also use the hotel facilities until 10pm on your departure day. Cots for Small Children: These are available on request (€8/night). Please contact

Covers & Pillows: Additional duvets and blankets, as well as alternative pillows,
are available on request. If you would like us to change your sheets daily, please contact
reception before 8pm [tel. + 49 (0) 7822 860-5911, internal number 5911].

Doctor: If you require a doctor, please call reception [tel. + 49 (0) 7822 860-5911,
internal number 5911 or + 49 (0) 7822 860-5920, internal number 5920].
There is also a pharmacy shop stocked with essential items for minor emergencies and useful items such as plasters, wound spray and hygiene products.

Drinks Vending Machines: Available on all floors and in the car park (cashless).

Eatrenalin: The multi-sensory fine dining restaurant Eatrenalin is located right next to hotel 'Krønasår'. The opening times are Thursday to Monday, from 5.15pm. You can buy Eatrenalin tickets conveniently at the hotel reception or by calling +49 (0) 7822 860-0. For further information, please visit eatrenalin.com. As a guest of the Europa-Park hotels, you can use the free Hotel Shuttle Resort. Alternatively, you can park your car in the Eatrenalin car park free of charge.

Electric Appliances: For security reasons, please do not use your own electrical
appliances in your room. If you do need to use your own appliances, please speak
to reception before doing so [tel. + 49 (0) 7822 860-5911, internal number 5911].
Small appliances such as chargers, electrical toothbrushes or shavers can be used
without speaking to reception first.

Emergency: Please inform reception immediately if you smell burning or become
aware of smoke or fire [+ 49 (0) 7822 860-5920, internal number 5920]. For the fire

Entertainment: Please ask reception or check the Europa-Park Hotels App for the
daily programme.

EP Express (‘Estación Hotel Resort’ Station): The station
opens at noon for hotel guests with valid Europa-Park admission tickets. Travel
in comfort by taking the train to the cinema and to Europa-Park evening events.
For your convenience, you can also use the call button in the EP Express stations
to contact the driver, ensuring that you’ll never have long to wait for the train. The
latest departure times are also available in the Europa-Park Hotels App.

Europa-Park: During the Summer season, the Europa-Park is open daily from
9am until at least 6pm. When weather conditions are good, opening hours will be extended.
Staff, the Europa-Park App, or our website europapark.com will inform you of extended
opening hours from 1pm onwards on the respective day. Throughout the HALLOWinter
and Winter season, Europa-Park is open daily from 11am until at least 7pm with the exception of
Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. The VIP hotel entrance to Europa-Park can be found
by following the Panorama Path from hotel ‘Bell Rock’.

Fire Extinguishers: Fire extinguishers are well signposted and are located near the
emergency exits and stairs on every floor. Please familiarise yourself with the site plan
next to the door in your room.

Fitness & Spa  New England: Access our expansive fitness suite from the first floor, for free, using your room card or digital room key (aged 16+ and at guests own risk). Open daily from 7am to 10pm, the Fitness & Spa New England is equipped with over 350m2 of sports equipment by TechnoGym and PowerPlate. The ‘Blue Lagoon’ sauna area is open daily from 8am to 10pm and includes a sauna, steam bath, warmth cabin, bio sauna, and ice fountain. Please note, not all sauna areas are open all day. The separate women’s area includes an additional sauna and steam bath. Children and youth until 15 years have no access to this textile-free area. Towels, bathrobes, as well as your personal sauna access are available at the Fitness reception. Changing rooms, lockers and Tea-station are available free of charge. This area may be used after check-out. To do so you can ask at the hotel reception for a pool and sauna card for the day of departure.

Guest Pass: In order to receive a discount at Europa-Park as well as other benefits during your stay, you will receive your personal Rust guest pass as well as further information regarding the tourist tax at reception.

Rulantica, day-trip recommendations, restaurant reservations, flight information,
or train tickets and timetables, please contact our Guest Relations desk opposite

Guests with Disabilities: There is disabled access to all hotel restaurants
and bars. Disabled toilets are located in hotels ‘Bell Rock’, ‘Santa Isabel’,
‘Castillo Alcazar’, ‘Colosseo’ and ‘Krønasår’. Europa-Park information for
visitors with disabilities is available at reception. Disabled access to the
EP Express station is via a lift adjacent to hotel ‘El Andaluz’.

Hairdresser: The hair salon ‘Francek’ in hotel ‘Colosseo’ is open from Monday
to Saturday, please book appointments in advance [tel. + 49 (0) 7822 860-5999,

Hotel-Shuttle Resort:  As a hotel guest, you can use the free bus to the exclusive Rulantica entrance for hotel guests, Eatrenalin as well as the other themed hotels. The bus operates daily on a circular route, stopping at hotels ‘Colosseo’, ‘Castillo Alcazar’, ‘El Andaluz’, ‘Santa Isabel’, Europa-Park entrance for hotel guests - Rulantica entrance for hotel guests - hotel ‘Krønasår’, Eatrenalin - hotel ‘Bell Rock’. Check the Europa-Park Hotels App for exact departure times.

Internet: WiFi: Free high-speed access to the hotel internet during your stay.
Quick and convenient: connect to the Europa-Park Resort hot spot and surf away.

LAN: Free LAN (internet access via cable) is also available in the business cabin
(PC with opportunity to print) in the lobby.
Please note that for security reasons, your login data will be logged, taking into
account legal regulations and data protection laws.
If you have any questions, the reception team will be happy to help.

Ironing, Dry Cleaning and Sewing Service: This service is available from 8am until 8pm
on request. When you drop off your laundry for dry cleaning before 9am,
we guarantee a return on the same working day. For chemical dry cleaning services, please speak to reception regarding the return. Laundry for ironing only will be returned within an hour [tel. + 49 (0) 7822 860-5911, internal number 5911]. You will find a sewing kit in your room. We are also happy to do small sewing repairs (i.e. sew on a button) for you.

Leisure Activities: Reception will be happy to suggest running and hiking
trails on request. We can also lend you Nordic walking-sticks for your convenience.

Lifts: There are lifts in the hotel. It is not advised for children under 12 years of
age to use the hotel lifts unaccompanied. In the event of emergency, please press
the emergency call button. Do not use lifts in the event of a fire.

Lost and Found: Have you lost an item in the Europa-Park hotels (rooms, restaurants, bars), in the Wellness & Spa areas or Eatrenalin? Then please use the following form: europapark.de/lostandfound-hotels. If you have lost something at Europa-Park or the Silver Lake City, please direct your inquiry to the lost and found office at Europa-Park. Luggage Room/Service: Our team at reception will be happy to help.
We have a luggage storage room for use even after check-out. This service is
used at your own risk.

Massage/Wellness: Treat yourself to a soothing massage or beauty treatment in our Wellness
& Spa ‘Bell Rock’, located in the sauna area. For appointments and questions please call

Means of Payment: At the receptions, the usual credit cards (American Express, Diners Club, MasterCard, Visa), debit cards and the EMOTIONS voucher card are accepted as means of payment in addition to cash. You will need your PIN for every card payment.

Parking: By using the car park, you accept the terms and conditions of use.
Guests using this facility do so at their own risk. The hotel accepts no liability for
third party damage and is liable only for damage proven to be caused by our own
personnel. Claims for such damage must be made before leaving the car park.
StVO Regulations apply.

Photocopying and Scanning: Our reception staff will be happy to help.

Playgrounds: Children’s playgrounds are located in the Spanish and Portuguese themed areas. These are open until 10pm during the Europa-Park Summer season and 8pm during the Europa-Park HALLOWinter and Winter season.

Post Box: Located at reception, post is collected daily.

Rheinauen Nature Centre: Europa-Park is located in the Taubergießen nature reserve. Discover the Rheinauen Nature Centre including a climate change garden (right next to the Silver Lake City).

Room Cleaning: Rooms are cleaned between 8am and 3.30pm. If you do not wish to be disturbed, please hang the ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign on the outside of your door handle. If you would like your room to be cleaned at a specific time, please inform the housekeeper

Room Service: We’ll be happy to serve you a selection of small meals and
drinks as well as the breakfast to your room. Please check your room service card
for further details. Please note that we charge a €7.50 service fee.

Room transfers: Before leaving the restaurant, you are required to pay for all food and drinks directly. You can pay the service staff conveniently with all major credit and debit cards or in cash. 
It is not possible to transfer your restaurant bill to your hotel room bill. 

Rulantica: The water adventure world is open daily from 9.30am to 10pm (except 24./25.12.). Guests of the Europa-Park hotels can enter Rulantica from 9am (valid admission ticket required). With the evening and moonlight ticket, entry is possible 30 minutes earlier: Hotel guests can start their adventure from 4.30pm (evening ticket) or 6.30pm (moonlight ticket). You can conveniently reach Rulantica with the Hotel-Shuttle Resort. If you have booked your Rulantica ticket in combination with a stay at the Europa-Park hotels, you can park your car free of charge at the Rulantica car park on your day of visit. Please make sure to keep your Rulantica admission ticket safe as this will open the exit barrier at the end of your visit. For further information visit rulantica.com.

Safe: Safes are located in your hotel room/suite, in the luggage room, and at reception,
and are free to use.

Shoe Cleaning Machine: A shoe cleaning machine is located in the lobby.

Shopping: Photography equipment, medication, souvenirs, clothing, jewellery,
and other speciality and utility items can be purchased in our hotel shop. Opening
hours are displayed on the ‘Boston House’ shop door.

Shopping Service: If you make any purchases within Europa-Park before
4.30pm, we can deliver them directly to your hotel reception for collection after
Europa-Park closing.

Shuttle Service and Bus Connections: Available on

Smoking/Non-Smoking: Our family hotels are complete non-smoking hotels.
Smoking is permitted in the Buena Vista Club bar, and in certain areas of the
Spirit of St. Louis, El Circo, Bar Colosseo and Bar Erikssøn hotel bars.
All our rooms are non-smoking rooms. A €50 cleaning fee will be charged to
anyone found to have smoked in their hotel room.

Stamps and Postcards: Available in the hotel shop.

Sun Protection: Your hotel room has electric roller shutters to protect it
from the sun. Shutters can be lowered using the switch next to the window.

Swimming Pool: The pool area is located on the ground floor next to
reception and is open daily from 7am to 10pm. Hotel guests benefit from free access with their room card or digital room key. Towels and bathrobes are available in the pool area daily between 1pm and 10pm. Slippers are also available on request (at a fee). Children’s bathrobes are available for €20 cash deposit. Changing cubicles and lockers are available in pool areas. Europa-Park assumes no liability for any valuables. A €1 or €2 coin is required to operate the lockers. Our bathing and sauna area is not supervised!
Parents are responsible for their children! Please note our pool rules on
europapark.de/pool-rules and on display in the pool area. Toddlers need to wear
swimming nappies which are available from the hotel shop or reception. Hotel guests have free access to all pool and sauna areas across the Europa-Park hotels with their room card or digital room key. You may use all these areas after check-out and for the remainder of your departure day. For this you can ask at the hotel reception for a pool and sauna card for the day of departure.

Umbrellas: Umbrellas are available at reception in exchange for a deposit.

Virtual Line: With VirtualLine, you can make effective use of your waiting time for selected attractions! Simply reserve the next available time slot in our Europa-Park and Rulantica app and visit another attraction or one of our cafés at Europa-Park in the meantime. Please note that VirtualLine can only be activated when you are at Europa-Park.

Voltage: Throughout the hotel the electrical voltage is ~ 230 Volts.
