Adapters, chargers and international travel adapter: These can be borrowed from reception at any time for a min. €20 refundable cash deposit.

Admission Tickets: Europa-Park or Rulantica admission tickets can be obtained at reception. Unfortunately, we are unable to replace your admission tickets, for free, if you lose them, so please look after them! Alternatively, you can also use our online check-in via the Europa-Park Hotels App and simply download your admission tickets to your smartphone from 6am on the day of your arrival.

Air conditioning/heating: You can adjust the temperature by changing the circular dial.

Allergies: All Rooms in the Riverside Western Lodge are already equipped with hypoallergenic bed linen. Please notify a member of staff on site of any food allergies or intolerances. Our trained kitchen staff will be happy to prepare a special meal or menu for you.

Baby equipment (high chair, changing mat, baby bath): Available on request. Please contact reception by 8pm [tel. + 49 (0) 7822 860-6740].

Barbecue areas: After an exciting day on the prairie, you are welcome to prepare your own meals with the help of our wood at the barbecue areas. These are available from 5pm.

Bicycle Hire: Discover the area around Europa-Park by bike. Bikes and E-bikes can be hired from reception. Helmets, locks and tour maps are also available here.

Brewery: Enjoy Europa-Park's home-brewed beer in the Wild Horse Bar right next door.

Cinema: The Europa-Park Magic Cinema shows the latest films on one of the biggest screens in southern Germany. Look forward to a great cinematic experience! Cinema listings and tickets are available at the reception [tel. + 49 (0) 7822 860-6740]. (Films screened in German).

Check-Out/Departure: On the day of your departure, please vacate your room and settle your bill at reception by 11am at the latest or in the evening before your departure. We recommend using the mobile check-out via the Europa-Park Hotels App. That way you won't lose time during your departure. If you have received a room card at reception, please use one of our return boxes at the reception. You can store your luggage in the luggage room for free. 

Cots for Small Children: These are available on request (€8/night). Please contact reception before 8pm [tel. + 49 (0) 7822 860-6740].  

Covers & Pillows: Additional duvets and blankets, as well as alternative pillows are available on request. If you would like us to change your sheets daily, please contact reception before 8pm [tel. + 49 (0) 7822 860-6740].

Drinks Vending Machines: Available on all floors and in the neighbouring building in the direction of Europa-Park Caravaning (s. site map).

Eatrenalin: The multi-sensory fine dining restaurant Eatrenalin is located right next to hotel 'Krønasår'. The opening times are Thursday to Monday, from 5.15pm. You can buy Eatrenalin tickets conveniently at the reception or by calling +49 (0) 7822 860-0. For further information, please visit eatrenalin.com. 

E-Fuel Station: Further information is available at the charging point or here.

Electric Appliances: For security reasons, please do not use your own electrical appliances in your room. If you do need to use your own appliances, please speak to reception before doing so [tel. + 49 (0) 7822 860-6740]. Small appliances such as chargers, electrical toothbrushes or shavers can be used without speaking to reception first.

Emergency: Please inform reception immediately if you smell burning or become
aware of smoke or fire [+ 49 (0) 7822 860-6740, internal number 5920]. For the fire assembly point, please see the map here.

Entertainment: Please ask reception or check the Europa-Park Hotels App for the daily programm.

EP Express (‘Estación Hotel Resort’ Station): The station opens for overnight guests of Silver Lake City with valid Europa-Park admission tickets. Travel in comfort by taking the train to the evening events in the Europa-Park hotels. For your convenience, you can also use the call button in the EP Express stations to contact the driver, ensuring that you’ll never have long to wait for the train. The latest departure times are also available in the Europa-Park Hotels App.

Europa-Park: During the Summer season, the Europa-Park is open daily from 9am until at least 6pm. When weather conditions are good, opening hours will be extended. Staff, the Europa-Park App, or our website europapark.com will inform you of extended
opening hours from 1pm onwards on the respective day. Throughout the HALLOWinter and Winter season, Europa-Park is open daily from 11am until at least 7pm with the exception of Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. The Riverside Western Lodge is only a five-minute walk from the main entrance of the Europa-Park.

Fire Extinguishers: Fire extinguishers are well signposted and are located near the emergency exits and stairs on every floor. Please familiarise yourself with the site plan next to the door in your room.

Guests with Disabilities: There is disabled access to restaurants and the bar in Silver Lake City. Disabled toilets are located on the ground floor of the Riverside Western Lodge. Europa-Park information for visitors with disabilities is available at reception.

Ice cram parlor: In the heart of the western town, the ice cream parlor invites you to enjoy a refreshing ice cream treat. Ideal for cowboys and cowgirls of all ages.

Internet: WiFi: Free high-speed access to the hotel internet during your stay. Quick and convenient: connect to the Europa-Park Resort hot spot, accept Ts&Cs, and surf away.

Leisure Activities: Reception will be happy to suggest running and hiking trails on request. We can also lend you Nordic walking-sticks for your convenience.

Lifts: There are lifts in the Riverside Western Lodge. It is not advised for children under 12 years of age to use the lifts unaccompanied. In the event of emergency, please press the emergency call button. Do not use lifts in the event of a fire.

Lost and Found: Have you lost an item in the Riverside Western Lodge, at Europa-Park Caravaning, Camping, in Tipi Town or at Europa-Park? Please direct your inquiry to the lost and found office at Europa-Park. If you have lost something in the Europa-Park hotels (rooms, restaurants, bars), in the Wellness & Spa areas or Eatrenalin,please use the following form: europapark.de/lostandfound-hotels. If you have lost an item at Rulantica, please send an email to fundbuero@rulantica.de. If you have found something yourself, please be so kind to drop it off at reception. Thank you!

Luggage Room/Service: Our team at reception will be happy to help. We have a luggage storage room for use even after check-out. This service is used at your own risk.

Means of Payment: At the receptions, the usual credit cards (American Express, Diners Club, MasterCard, Visa), debit cards and the EMOTIONS voucher card are accepted as means of payment in addition to cash. You will need your PIN for every card payment.

Mosquito repellent: Please note that due to the proximity to the Rheinauen nature centre, there may be an increased number of mosquitoes. Mosquito spray is available in our Western Store and at the Pharma machine.

Parking: By using the car park, you accept the terms and conditions of use. Guests using this facility do so at their own risk. The Riverside Western Lodge accepts no liability for third party damage and is liable only for damage proven to be caused by our own personnel. Claims for such damage must be made before leaving the car park. StVO Regulations apply.

Photocopying and Scanning: Our reception staff will be happy to help.

Playgrounds: For our children, there is a playground next to the diner station with a climbing train, slides and bull riding.

Photo point: Here, for a fee, you can capture the most beautiful Western-style vacation with your loved ones. You will find the photo point right next to the barbecue area.

Post Box: Located at reception, post is collected daily.

Rheinauen Nature Centre: Silver Lake City is located in the Taubergießen nature reserve. Discover the Rheinauen Nature Centre including a climate change garden.

Room Cleaning: Rooms are cleaned between 8am and 3.30pm. If you do not wish to be disturbed, please hang the ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign on the outside of your door handle. If you would like your room to be cleaned at a specific time, please inform the reception 
[tel. + 49 (0) 7822 860-6740].

Room transfers: Before leaving the restaurant, you are required to pay for all food and drinks directly. You can pay the service staff conveniently with all major credit and debit cards or in cash. It is not possible to transfer your restaurant bill to your room bill. 

Rulantica: The water park is open daily from 9.30am to 10pm (except 24/25 December). You can take the Rust bus to Rulantica. It departs daily, every 30 minutes from 8am to 10.30pm on its route through Rust (see timetable). 

Alternatively, if you have booked your Rulantica ticket in conjunction with your stay at Silver Lake City, you can park your car free of charge in the Rulantica car park. Please keep your Rulantica admission ticket safe. This entitles you to park in the Rulantica car park free of charge on the day of your visit and opens the exit barrier. You can find more information at rulantica.com.

Safe: A safe is available free of charge in your room or/and reception.

Sauna area: You can relax and recharge your batteries in the sauna area at Riverside Western Lodge. Use of the sauna is included in your stay. The sauna area is open to guests aged 16+.

Seating: Additional stools can be provided for hotel bathrooms on request. Please contact reception before 8pm [tel. + 49 (0) 7822 860-6740].

Shopping: Drugstore items, camping accessories, souvenirs, fashion, specialities and other useful items are available in our Western Store. Please refer to the sign in the Western Store for opening hours.

Shopping Service: If you make any purchases within Europa-Park before 4.30pm, we can deliver them directly to the reception of Silver Lake City for collection after Europa-Park closing.

Shuttle Service and Bus Connections: Available on request. Further information is available at reception [tel. + 49 (0) 7822 860-6740].

Smoking/Non-Smoking: The Riverside Western Lodge is a complete non-smoking accomodation. All our rooms are non-smoking rooms. A €50 cleaning fee will be charged to anyone found to have smoked in their room.

Swimming facilities: Feel like cooling off? The natural swimming lake of the community of Rust is just a 10-minute walk away. Leave Silver Lake City and head towards the sports field. Then turn left and follow the road.
Guests of the Riverside Western Lodge have the option of using the pool at the 'Krønasår' hotel. For a particularly relaxing swimming experience, we recommend visiting before 3pm. A free transfer to the hotel is available with the regular Rust bus service between 8am and 10.30pm, running approximately every 30 minutes (see timetable). Please note: Access is to the pool area only. The sauna and fitness area are not included.

Umbrellas: Umbrellas are available at reception in exchange for a deposit.

Virtual Line: With VirtualLine, you can make effective use of your waiting time for selected attractions! Simply reserve the next available time slot in our Europa-Park and Rulantica app and visit another attraction or one of our cafés at Europa-Park in the meantime. Please note that VirtualLine can only be activated when you are at Europa-Park.

Voltage: Throughout the Riverside Western Lodge the electrical voltage is ~ 230 Volts.

Tourist tax: On behalf of the town of Rust we are obliged to collect a tourist tax of €1.45 per adult/night (aged 12+). Enjoy further benefits during your stay in Rust. As part of the visitor‘s tax, you can get your personal guest card at the reception upon demand.
